Good location close to Ueno Station
Pros:

Wide range of amenities available at reception. Good breakfast with many options to choose from.

Cons:

Aircon difficult to regulate. With the aircon on, the noise was too loud to sleep; with it off, the room was too hot.

Le.personnel est sympathique. L hotel est situé à 5min à pieds de la station de métro d Iriya et à 20min à pieds de celle d Ueno. A la réception il y a de quoi se fournir en brosse à dents, dentifrices...

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites et ne sont nettoyées qu une fois par semaine. Nous avions réservés 2 chambres donc nous étions 1 adulte et un enfant dans chaque chambre. La réception m a réclamé dès notre arrivée de payer le petit déjeuner pour mon fils de 13 ans (1500 yens par jours) et 3jours plus tard nous avons.recu une lettre dans les 2 chambres réclamant de payer le petit déjeuner de mon fils de 7 ans (800 yens par jour) . Hors qu à la réservation nous avions choisi l option petit déjeuner inclus. En fait en lisant les documents il est indiqué en tout petit que le petit déj des enfants n est pas inclus étant donné qu ils partagent le meme lit que l adulte . Le petit déjeuner n est pas varié pour les eurpéens. Il y a juste des croissants, des kellogs et 3 variétés de pains

Pros:

Le personnel est sympathique. L hotel est propre et dispose d une machine à laver pour 200yen ainsi que d un sèche linge 100yen pour 30min. Idéal pour ne pas avoir de lessive en rentrant chez soi. L hotel est situé à 4min à pied de la station de métro d Iriya et à 20min à pied de la station d Ueno

Cons:

Les chambres sont hypers petites et très mal insonorisées. On entend que les autres vacanciers utilisent l eau pour se laver et quand on retire l eau de la baiignoire. Le petit déjeuner est thypique japonais. Très peu de choix pour les européens. Il faut attendre pour que les cuisiniers remettent le pain, les croissants ou meme la confiture

Bon hôtel propre, bon emplacement , bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Bon emplacement , à 4mn à pieds d'une station de métro , à 20mn de la gare de Tokyo . Les necessaires de toilettes + pyjama fourni, et les boissons gratuites + riz tous les jours. Chambre propre, et la jeune receptionniste à notre arrivée est très serviable et professionnelle

Cons:

La taxe de 500JPY qu'on nous a demandé à l'arrivée n'était pas prévue dans les informations de booking . Pour 2 personnes avec petits déjeuner inclus , seul pour l'adulte est inclus, il fallait payer 1500JPY(8,5€)/ jour pour ma fille , ce qui n'est pas très correct et compréhensible . Fallait inclure les petits déjeuner des occupants de la chambre, quitte à les mettre dans le prix à payer directement

離地下鐵日比谷站很近，附近也有7-11跟全家隨時可以買。路口就有藥妝店跟遠一點有家超市，雖然品項不多，不過有需要時可以就近補貨。
房間空間大小很適合一個人住，行李箱有空間能攤開。
一樓有提供各種基本保養備用品和入浴劑，回飯店後有浴缸能泡澡，舒緩疲累的身體。
早餐提供鮪魚生魚片和生鮪魚泥，一早就有生魚片吃真的很開心。
有名的深川飯超好吃的，非常喜歡。
櫃檯也有提供叫車服務，非常方便。也有提供洗衣機和烘衣機，需付費使用～對於停留較久的旅客來說很便利。

Overall, we had a positive stay. The room was admittedly ridiculously small, but aside from that, the hotel had several good points. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the amenities were decent, and the location was very convenient. Having the metro station and a 7-Eleven just one minute away was a big advantage and made everything very easy during our stay. If you do not mind a very compact room, this can still be a good option thanks to its helpful staff and excellent location.
