Everything was so convenient, and the staff made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The breakfast was good and anytime I needed anything they took care of me

Okay, not bad.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The choices are more of Japanese style. They should include more breakfast choices keeping in mind international travellers.

Cons:

Some staff weren't able to communicate at all in English.
Breakfast should have more food options which can cater for International travellers choices.

Pretty small room, but clean and everything you need
Pros:

Very clean, simple, quiet and right next to the Iriya station

Cons:

The towel exchange and trash pickup is a little confusing at first, but overall it didn’t affect the experience.
