Pros:

The hotel room was fine, low cost good value. Close to train station and KLCC is 30 minutes walk.

Cons:

the location is just too noisy , not one decent nights sleep.

its a hunted place guys! at 1st they a usual when you booked online they will give you rooms that located very far from other room yes it is they given me room that located behind , imagine at 11pm still noisy, ive complaint several time but they simply said already knocked the guest room but no one open, but when at 1pm still noisy ive bad feeling its not human! so i called the reception again asked for room changing, but you know what they guys said, no room available all fully booked! so i said you thought i dunno know what noise is that, at 1pm no human will be running here and their and pulling chair! i know exactly its something else, so after few minute the security came knocked my door and said wanna change room , wahhh so sudden got empty room! but when i walk out the room i can see most of the room are empty on that night, so the receptionist are lying! ladies out there never check in to this hotel if you are planning to stay alone! its haunted!

Pros:

Location very central and convenient to get around and find places to eat. Right front of a police station.

Cons:

Dirty lifts and corridors. Strong smell of cockroach in the bathroom. Lift wasn't working upon check out. Never again!

Short story: i really unstaidfied to stay here is this hotel the receptionist not professional

Only and only the location thats is near to my ceneter

Cons:

1st of all there is very bad smell in the room , and also i came at night like early morning and the receptionsit attitude is very very bad he is rude and loud that time i was not having any option otherwise for sure i will not stayed here
The receptionist in the night shift i dont like his attitude anf houskeeping staff are very nice
They are very professional and very kind also the day shift receptionsit very kind Nd happy soul. Thanks
And there is no cleaning no shampoo provided no sleeper provided and even they keep the cattle and cup for coffee that was very unhigenic , the overall i really have bad experince with this hotel i will never ever recomend to my any friend thNks
