Nice room in a nice location but loud music kept us awake until after 2am so not a good sleep!

Nice location and comfortable room with everything g we needed.

Cons:

We were kept awake until after 2am by loud music in the area. Staff on reception next morning were not particularly concerned.

Huge positive difference between expectation and reality - based on prior reviews.

Perfect location and easy to find, including parking - which strangely other reviews had mentioned.

Looking for accommodation in Wanaka was a challenge as so many of the reviews were mixed or worrying. Same for this establishment, but the price was much better and it was one night so worth a gamble.

Not sure where all the negative reviews / comments came from; lovely staff, easy parking, comfy bed, decent size room and quiet. Arranged slightly later check out with no issues.

Seriously difference from expectation to reality was huge… take the gamble we did!

Best place to dtay in Wanaka !
Pros:

Outstanding location and the front desk manager , Dean , was so helpful and so nice ! He told us he could play any of the hundred of DVD movies for us at the hotel to show in our rooms. And he did ! Wow ! So kind And so clean , big rooms. Loved it !
