Muchísimo calor en las habitaciones, las ventanas no se pueden abrir y la limpieza deja mucho que desear

La ubicación era accesible para poder alcanzar a los centros turísticos caminando.

Cons:

Las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear. La cama tiene un colchón muy desgastado, lo que resulta incómodo para descansar. Además, aunque la habitación cuenta con una pequeña cocina, no hay mesa ni ningún espacio adecuado donde apoyar cosas o desayunar, lo que hace la estancia poco práctica.

Por otro lado, el establecimiento estaba en obras y hubo momentos de ruidos constantes ( desde las 13 hs hasta las 19 hs) . Esto deberían avisarlo con antelación para que el huésped pueda decidir.

Nice place and comfortable bed but really was a stressful stay

Cons:

It was very hot being on the top floor
The water kept going off leaving us many times without shower / bath facility or we had to fill bath with the shower once and only had a low lever amount to wash in .
The toilet failed to flush when the water went off .
We couldn’t brush our teeth and we couldn’t fill the kettle or have a glass of water .
This was a case of we were in luck if it worked or not .
We made a complaint the first night and that night it came back on .
We experienced banging sounds all night though as if it was a tank banging or something .

The next 2 nights was on and off but we managed .
We did clean out teeth with bottled water as it went off when we needed it .
The banging continues the whole stay .
No staff after 6pm .
I should have made the property aware of my disability but I didn’t realise we were top floor . When we asked receptionist if there was a lift she laughed and said no so I politely had to manage and climb to room 17 . This meant I only came down and up once a day .

Lo peor fue no tener agua.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien y todo estaba muy limpio. Muy buena ubicación a diez minutos caminando del centro y muy cerca de la estación de tren y paradas de autobús. Todos los días ponen las toallas limpias y reponen gel, champú y café y té para el desayuno.

Cons:

La primera noche no funcionaba la calefacción y pasamos frío, avisamos por la mañana en recepción porque a las 18h se van y no hay nadie. A la noche siguiente tampoco funcionó la calefacción, volvimos a quejarnos y ya por fin lo arreglaron. Volvimos una noche y no teníamos agua, no pudimos ducharnos ni cocinar, a veces se iba el agua y luego volvía.

Carino, ma non fermatevi all’ apparenza

Edificio storico situato in un bel quartiere, ben posizionato vicino ai mezzi di trasporto ( Haymarket Station)
Camera abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e nuova, provvista di cucinino

Cons:

Porta del bagno a 40 cm dal letto… non è bello dormire con il viso verso il bagno!
Riscaldamento in bagno non adeguato per fare la doccia in inverno.
Nessuna assistenza, non troverete nessuno alla reception già dal pomeriggio!! in caso di emergenza, e noi ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma non c’era nessuno ad aiutarci!!

Pros:

前台小姐姐很和善，讲话温柔

Cons:

就是有突发情况没有人帮忙，凌晨点的时候，我房间一直没有暖气，很冷，前台没有人，睡了一晚上冷房间，暖气片开了但是不热，是冰冷的，第二天起来拉开窗帘的时候， 才发现窗户下面还有一个暖气片，被窗帘遮住了，当时没有看到，早上试了下打开是会热的，所以不是什么问题，如果有提示或许更好一些，

Cute place and very good location, but on the 1st night we were there the heating went down and there was not hot water for the first night and morning we were there

perfecta!
Pros:

la ubicación genial, zona residencial, a 10 minutos caminando de la princess street, barrio precioso y bueno la habitación chulisima, fuimos en pleno diciembre y la calefacción era brutal.

Cons:

muy caro pero la ciudad en sí es cara y fuimos en época navideña
