Stairs dirty, rooms small and grubby, loose taps, kitchen poorly equipped (no cafetière), noisy fans in kitchen and shower room, thin curtains. Couldn’t lock door to corridor. Certainly not luxurious

Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato, la nostra camera era ampia ma il bagno molto piccolo e la pulizia non era perfetta. Visto il prezzo mi sarei aspettata un welcome kit o almeno una bottiglia di acqua offerta, invece nulla.
La comunicazione è stato il punto debole in quanto le receptionist non hanno dato supporto alle nostre richieste (ad esempio un numero per chiamare il taxi), chiamando al telefono la mattina non ci hanno risposto e alla chat online rispondono dopo ore. Allo stesso prezzo sceglierei un'altra struttura.

ALT!!! Forferdelig scam hotel. Later som det er 4* når det i realiteten er 2* på sitt beste. Dette hotellet er en scam!!! Dusjen vekslet mellom iskald og kokende varmt vann. Så varmt at jeg brant meg under dusjingen. Ikke akkurat den «luxurious” opplevelsen vi ble lovet. Vi var i øverste etasje uten heis (74 trappetrinn) og rommet vårt ( rom 16) var kokende varmt. Vi fikk registrert 31 grader om natten og vi sov elendig hele perioden. Vi sa i fra gjentatte ganger og ingenting ble gjort. Generelt er rommet også ekstremt slitent. Her har de ikke gjort oppgraderinger på lenge og det bærer det preg av. Knirkete gulv, ødelagte tepper, ødelagte gardiner, slitne vegger og hele badet generelt.

Brannalarmen gikk også vår siste dag, da var det ikke noe personell på stedet, så hostellet ved siden måtte hjelpe oss. Absolutt ikke trygt. Jeg er også ekstra bitter siden med den prisen så tror man at man skal faktisk få noe bra, men nei, verste hotellopplevelsen jeg har hatt. Unngå hotellet om dere kan!!!

cold water shower was not acceptable - NO HOT WATER ! No response to continuous phone calls and/or upon arrival
In the morning same NO HOT WATER.... after travelling 4 countries the day before we were very unhappy and have emailed yourselves and the property themselves requesting a full refund ! I would appreciate a response from yourselves

Staff wasn't available when needed and no indication when someone would be there. The fire alarm went off and nobody was there and nobody answered the phone either.
Shower was broken with the hot water dial loose and we couldn't regulate how hot or cold the shower was. There was mold on the silicone in the shower and water leaked to the toilet floor from shower. One of the cupboard doors was falling off. There was expandable foam used behind the toilet and the excess hadn't been removed making it look like an amateur handyman had a go at it.
Tv kept loosing signal and freezing. Room door had to be slammed shut for it to lock properly and card didn't always work to open the door.
No handrail to hold on to when going to the lower level where our room was. Not many utensils to use for cooking. Just one breadknife and nothing else to prep food with.
Noticed some wear and tear here and there but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

The room was a little small, bathroom was far to small. Iron did not work, safe was locked, taps in kitchen and bathroom both loose. The emergency tel. Number to be used out of hours was unobtainable. A couple tried to call when they arrived in the evening because their door ket cards did not work, so we're facing the night sitting in reception. The following morning at 8 am the fire alarms went off. All guest out on the pavement, I tried phoning that number yet again no answer, so I had no alternative but to dial 999 for the fire brigade to come and clear the apartment so everyone could return. Both disgraceful and very unsafe for guests. Plus no clear information on what to do in this situation.
Totally not acceptable and will not be returning.

Tuvimos que subir muchos pisos de escaleras para llegar a nuestra habitación. El sofá-cama, donde dormía nuestro amigo, mortal, horrible. Tuvo que cerrarlo y dormir en el suelo porque se clavaba los hierros. No pudimos quejarnos porque nunca había nadie en recepción. La ducha de agua caliente no había quien la entendiera. Teníamos que ducharnos mitad con agua caliente y mitad con agua fría. No se podía controlar. Era como estar en un hotel fantasma, no había limpiadoras por ningún lado en recepción, no había nadie nunca. En resumen, un hotel un poco abandonado. No lo recomendaría.

Cleanness and hygiene. Linen wasn't clean, and the room smelled like dairy milk.
We have been given the wrong room to start with, and we're not happy with the cleanness of the place.
The bed was in poor condition and broken in one side, tilted to another side.

Zimmer hat nicht mit Bildern überrein gestummen. Zimmer, Bad und Küche waren viiiiiieeeel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, hatte keine Lümpen um zu putzen oder Geschirrspülmittel. Türen hatten unten eine kleinen Spalt. Badezimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Check-in/out unkompliziert. Noftfallnummer hat niemand reagiert und auch nicht zurückgerufen. Nicht sehr umweltbewusst. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Es gab keine Option den Putzdienst auszulassen.

A 30 minuts del Castell d'Edinburgh i de The Royal Mile. A 10 minuts de Dean Village i a 20 minuts del barri Stockbridge.

Té tres pisos sense ascensor.
Les cortines no són opaques i a les 5h de la matinada ja hi ha claror.
Aire acondicionat sense sortida a l'exterior, tota l'escalfor del motor es queda a l'habitació. Ventilador de suport.
Sistema de regulació d'aigua calenta i freda a la dutxa difícil d'entendre i de funcionar amb precisió.
No tenen plànols de la ciutat per donar-te una orientació.

The room was incredibly small for over £100. The fan provided in the room was shorting out and not usable for fear of disaster. There was mold in the shower. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay.

the receptionist, the NO lift room on 3rd floor. quality of room. cooling in room. hot water control in shower. no hot water in bathroom or kitchen sinks. PRICE for such poor facilities!!
