Clean. Had a little kitchenette area. Nice quiet neighborhood

No phone in the room to call for service. Sometimes no one at the front desk. Limited staff on site.

Decent value but still disappointing with a very hot room that was in poor condition.
Pros:

It was decent value for money and we were able to drop our bags at the reception before and after our stay. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen area was a nice feature to have access to.

Cons:

There is only someone in reception from 9-4 so if you are arriving any time around that it is much more complicated to receive your room key or drop your bags off. The room was far too hot on the top floor and there was no way to change that. The room was also covered in dust from the fan and the place felt very poorly kept and in bad condition, with the blinds stapled to the window frame. The location was fine, but further out than we thought it would be in terms of proximity to the centre. It was ideal for connection to the airport bus and being linked closely enough to the centre to walk, but it wasn’t feasible to drop back during the day.

Beautiful, old fashioned vibe but uncomfy bed to sleep in.
Pros:

It was beautiful and had a lovely vintage feel. The staff were lovely and it was central without being totally in centre

Cons:

Needs a bit of cosmetic love-furniture doesn’t match the lovely vibe other than the bed and windows need redone as sound easily came through. Bed was gorgeous but unfortunately was absolutely solid and extremely uncomfortable. Really are my only issues with the suit. Would likely stay again if guaranteed a mattress topper or just a better mattress

Cons:

In der Lobby lag allerhand Gerümpel, Personal inkompetent und unfreundlich, Zimmer war abgewohnt und nicht sauber, Schimmel in der Dusche, Matratze extrem durchgelegen, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, Schrauben und Schaniere an den Türen defekt. Küchenutensilien dreckig. (Leider nur 4 Bilder anfügbar, es gibt unzählige weitere)

Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, eine persönliche Beschwerde war nicht möglich, da niemand vom Personal vor 10 Uhr am Morgen anwesend.
Erstattung von 15% obwohl nur eine statt zwei Nächte genutzt.

Ich kann nur von einer Buchung abraten, am besten eine der bekannten Ketten buchen, dort bekommt man fürs gleiche Geld den gewohnten Standard.

I would not stay here again.

It was centrally located.

Cons:

The picture on booking.com is very deceiving. It wasn’t near that welcoming when we arrived. There were boxes everywhere and If you stay here be prepared to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs (or two) and then up again when it’s time to leave. The staff was less than friendly.
