Good location. Close enough to everything without being in the busiest parts. Close to good restaurants and coffee. Room was clean and comfortable.

Clean & convenient in a good location
Pros:

Location was an easy walk to train station and bus transport, it was a good neighbourhood with restaurants and shops close by and it felt safe.

Very quiet with double glazed windows keeping out all but the loudest of the morning traffic. Liked the kitchenette so we could make normal light meals not eat out all the time.

Cons:

The bed was very firm & pillows not great.
Shower/bathroom is very small, so are the towels.
Only just enough room for two people in the kitchen.
Stingy amount of plates, cops etc. just two of each, bedroom curtains were old and worn like the carpet which had an iron mark on it.
Doors squeak , need WD40.

Bien placé proche des transports, mais c'est des studios et pas du tout un hotel.
Pros:

Emplacement dans Edinburgh. Communication peu clair sur le fait que les chambres pouvez se situer sur 3 étages sans ascenseurs (et sans équipe sur place pour vous aider à monter vos bagages). Sur chauffé qui fait que les chambres au troisième étage sont insoutenable en terme de chaleur

La habitación era cómoda y amplia.

Ningún contacto con el personal. No hay nadie en recepcion para atender si surge un problema fuera de horario.

Pros:

Habitación grande. El personal amable y resolutivo pero limitado al horario de 10 a 18hs.

Cons:

La ubicación no está buena. Lejos de todo. Tenes que caminar mucho para todo y a la noche con el frio y el viento o la lluvia no esta tan bueno eso. Instalaciones medio pelo. No hay recepción 24hs, asi que si tenes un problema no hay inmediatez. El personal amable igualmente. No hay desayuno ni ascensor, a tener en cuenta si viaja gente mayor. Yo estuve toda una noche sin luz en la habitación y a la mañana cuando fui a buscar algo para desayunar habia una rata muerta en la entrada. El wifi deja mucho que desear.
