Locale
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.
Le lit est confortable et propre
Le personnel est attentif. Les chambres sont grandes
Insonorisation au niveau des fenêtres donnant sur la rue.
La douche et les toilettes sont séparés.

Cons:

Les cafards… alors je sais qu’il peut en avoir souvent beaucoup et la je trouvais qu’il y en avait partout.
Je n’ai même pas utilisé l’armoire car il y en avait dedans. Des petits comme des grands.
Je n’ai pas prévenu la réception car je pense que c’est commun pour la saison.

We would recommend to others and would stay again if we are in Hanoi.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff made it easier to find our way in a new city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff prepared breakfast early when we went on early excursions. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We liked everything about the hotel. We cannot fault the service from staff or the facilities.

Pros:

The location, the tourism around the hotel was not as much as you would find in the Old Quarter. Also the staff were delightful and open for any questions at any time.

숙소는 방이 좋고 화장실도 좋았습니다 자유롭게 쉬게 되어서 아주 좋습니다 조식도 아주 맛있었습니다 호텔주변에 맛집이 있어서 좋습니다

Pros:

The hotel is located close the the mausoleum in a nice street with lots of life. We had a family double room, which was really spacious. The beds were soft.

Cons:

The personelle at breakfast seemed uninterested and was watching some sports match on the phone with loud sound on.

Fijn hotel, goede rustige locatie maar tegelijkertijd wel erg centraal in de stad. Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamers. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, lekker! Ontbijt 1 keer geprobeerd, dat was goed.

Cons:

Badkamer prima, een verstelbare douchekop of regendouche zou een verbetering zijn. Daarnaast bleef het water niet erg lang warm.
