Le calme proche de l’effervescence
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel, très bien situé au cœur d’Ubud tout en étant au calme.
Les chambres sont agréables, bien décorées et propres.
Le petit déjeuner est à choisir parmi quatre propositions. Très copieux !
Le personnel est à l’écoute, prévenant et d’une grande gentillesse.

Pros:

部屋が2階で落ち着けました。
入り口付近に泊まる方はお気の毒です。

Cons:

浴室の扉の所に段差があり、同色な事もあり気づかず足の指を思いっきり打ってしまいました。
骨折しなかったことが幸いです。

フロントに車寄せがないので、渋滞している道路に車を停め慌ただしく荷物を乗せたり降ろしたりでした。
高級なホテルに泊まる感じではありませんでした。

Heerlijk plekje te midden van Ubud
Pros:

Super mooie en rustige locatie te midden van het drukke Ubud. Hadden een huisje dat opgedeeld was in 2 kamers, met elkaar verbonden via deur en terras. Eentje voor de kinderen en eentje voor ons. Lekker ontbijt aan het water paleis.

Cons:

Zie het prijsverschil met ons eerder drie sterren logement niet goed. Was de prijs waard die we betaalden via de promotie, maar de volle prijs zou ik het niet waard vinden.

Bulle magique en plein centre d'Ubud et d'un temple
Pros:

Personnel incroyablement serviable, aux petits soins, souriants et prévenants. La chambre magnifique, la piscine jolie, le petit déjeuner magique face au temple et fleurs de lotus. Nous avons essayé les massages au spa, parfaits aussi. Une bulle de paix dans l'animation d'Ubud et en plein centre. Près de rizières et des restaurants. Chauffeur de l'hôtel adorable et service au petit déjeuner aussi. Merci

A little oasis in the heart of busy Ubud

Comfortable room in great location in the heart of busy Ubud. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice, peaceful pool to while away the hours. Excellent breakfast in a setting that looks out over the water palace.

The room was a little small with no view, but it had a nice little porch in front that we enjoyed.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff

Wonderful hotel, the grounds are incredible with free entry into the water temple, hotel room was amazing & so beautiful in design, lovely quiet location off the hustle & bustle of the streets, cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble for them to help & everyone was so friendly & kind, will definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

Great location
Pros:

Located in the centre of ubud with a lot of shops close by. Free entry to ubud water palace which is peaceful in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited and lacked flavour. Starting the breakfast at 7.3 can be late for early morning tours. There is construction work happening close by which affected the privacy from the outside shower.
