Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud

Choix parfait pour un séjour à Ubud. Près de tout! personnel hors paire. Je le recommande vivement.

Ho soggiornato qui la ad agosto con la mia famiglia. Hotel meraviglioso. Stanze comode e spaziose. Arredate benissimo. I bagni sono stupendi e comodi.
Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
La spa meravigliosa. Ho fatto un bellissimo massaggio regalato dall'hotel. La colazione in un bel bar/ristorante accanto all'hotel. Posizione perfetta.

There is loud music from the restaurant next door every night.
There is no shower as such. You have a handheld sprayer in a bathtub. Not good if you aren’t as agile as you once were.
You cannot be driven to reception. You are dropped off in the street and a very busy street at that.
So looking forward to staying in a traditional hotel which it is but overall we were disappointed.

Staff were lovely

There is still some renovation ongoing in parts of the hotel but we didn’t experience any noise or problems. The room was in excellent shape and comfortable.

This is a delightful hotel in the heart of Ubud and is a part of the Water Palace (guests get free access). The Art Market, the King's Palace and the city square are a couple of minutes walk away. There's no shortage of restaurants, with our favourite one, Nusa literally across the road. The rooms are big enough, very quaint and have modern amenities. The reception and restaurant staff are welcoming and professional. The in house catering is very good, although there is no room service.
Access to various tourist attractions, near and far are easy, because of its central location.
The traffic can't be avoided anywhere on Bali, so that's something you have to live with. The only disappointment was the very expensive in house spa. Had this been more competitively priced we would have used it, rather than going to outside spas. However, apart from this, everything else was very enjoyable and reasonably priced.

La struttura è direttamente nel centro di Ubud, molto bella, ben tenuta,il personale é gentilissimo. Unica nota da tenere in considerazione è che per accede alle camere bisogna fare una scala in pietra con gradini alti e il vialetto era per via di alcuni lavori pieno di fango. Nel complesso,ci torneremmo.

I like their Locust Dining, the ambience at night is beautiful.

The hotel is in the center of town. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The staff is excellent and they tend to all your requests.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Hotel rooms were clean, and location for dining and shopping was very convenient.

I stayed at this property 27 years ago when I came to Bali for the first time and it was very quaint and cozy then. They have made tremendous upgrades and now it is a very lovely 4 star hotel with direct access to the lotus pond and view of the Puri Saraswati Temple. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable and decorated and traditional Balinese style, but very modern and clean at the same time. We attended a dance performance at the temple which was included in our hotel booking, and ate breakfast at the café lotus, which has a beautiful view of the temple. For this price, you could not ask for anything more. Highly recommended!

I like their restaurant setting, I like their Spa staff. Very friendly and give good service. Also helpful. I like the temple. I like the area, lots of stores and restaurants.

Puri Saraswati has a magnificent collection of villas, each has a high degree of privacy with private balconies, but they are also in the middle of downtown Ubud with lots of nearby attractions and choices for dining.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff and decent facilities. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation so the entrance was a dirt path, we also got 'upgraded' to another room but it was older than what we purchased but it appears as though it was slightly bigger but it's not what we paid for.

Overall the stay was enjoyable but I wish we were aware of the renovations as it put a fair damper on the stay.

Nice hotel to feel traditional balinese style accomodation with a beautiful view of ubud palace. the entrance is a bit tricky to find the hotel and the room was too dark in the night.
however the view from the hotel is beautiful especially from the lotus cafe!

Resort meraviglioso in centro a Ubud. Bellissime camere, piscina fantastica. La colazione viene servita nel vicino cafè, con affaccio sul giardino del tempio lì vicino. Meraviglioso. Personale super gentile e disponibile.

Great location in the heart of Ubud. The view to Water Palace from Lotus Cafe is amazing. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive.
