Pros:

Tive problemas no check-in, pois o quarto só possuía 3 camas e a reserva foi realizada para 4 pessoas. O banheiro também estava com problemas .

Tive uma boa experiência, quarto limpo e muito bem estruturado, ótima localização, bem organizado. Somente o café da manhã que deixou a desejar pela qualidade dos produtos, um exemplo foi o bolo de chocolate que estava soso, suco de Laranja aguado, depois que bebi não consegui nem comer mais nada.

Bom, mais pode melhorar!
Pros:

Alguns pontos que considero importante melhorem, o banheiro estava com vazamento que chegava água até o quarto, e o azulejo estava encardido, os quartos não tem tomada ou adaptador para plug de 20A e não estavam funcionando corretamente, o café da manhã não condiz com as fotos poucas opções, o tamanho do quarto era bem apertado para 04 pessoas bem diferente da foto de divulgação, pela quantidade de pessoas no hotel os elevadores não comportam.
Pontos positivos, cama confortável, funcionários educados limpeza em geral do hotel Ok, e a localização que é muito boa!

Poucos atendentes para fazer o check in e check out nos horários de pico. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, banheiros sujos, roupa de cama e banho manchados, cortinas sujas, cama torta, cheiro de cigarro no corredor. Fomos com crianças não tinha suco natural, precisei de ferro de passar tb não tinha nenhum. Enfim deixou muito a desejar
