Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos , falta capacidade para absorver os hóspedes no restaurante para o café da manhã ( pessoas ficam na fila esperando ), lençol e toalhas com aspecto de sujo.

Cumple, pero no es extraordinario

No me gustó nada en especifico, nada que destacar

Cons:

No me gustó mucho la poca variedad de desayuno, hubo un día que solo me hicieron la cama, no limpiaron ni pusieron más papel higienico.
Creo que las camas deberían al menos tener dos almohadas, no solo una. Fuera de eso no tuve otro problema

Fui varias veces a este hotel y está vez lo encontré mal, descuidado, lascensores sucios,la habitación cama no cómodas vencidas, el wifi imposible, reclama vamos y ninguna respuesta el desayuno exactamente todos los días igual, último viaje fue 2024 ahora cambio a gente de administración pésimo trato.en todos mis viaje sa rio en flia era nuestra opción, y lo recomendabamos siempre, ahora ya no

Tenho vários pontos negativos sobre a minha estadia:
- quando fiz o agendamento, estava escrito que tinha vaga para carros. Cheguei na acomodação e me disseram que só tinha vaga para 05 carros e já estava cheio.
- funcionário da recepção foi extremamente grosseiro.
- o papel higiênico não foi reposto após limpeza do quarto (estávamos em 03 pessoas então usamos papel higiênico e não houve reposição)
- as toalhas de banho, de rosto, e de chão também não foram trocadas.
- não tem um espaço de reunião, ou sala fechada para usar o computador ou fazer uma ligação privada caso seja necessário.
- televisão não funcionava no nosso quarto. Tivemos que conectar os cabos e adivinhar como fazia para funcionar
- liguei na recepção para pedir ajuda e não fui atendida.
