Pros:

Absolute 10 rating for us. Everything about this two bedroom appartment was exactly what we needed. From the shutters that could partially close for shade in the balcony, to the filter tap in the kitchen and the provision of a jug for cold water in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well.

Cons:

Nothing I would definitely stay again.

Quiet, convenient location to get about via all modes of transport & on foot.
Pros:

Spacious, clean with a great view

There was no lift, if you had mobility problems then it would be an issue

Brilliant apartment for a few nights in Brisbane with waterfront balcony views
Pros:

Excellent location close to restaurants and bars, located on the river with great views.
Apartment was well equipped with everything you could need and more. Balcony was great.

Cons:

Was a little bit like a maze getting to the room from carpark or front gate but after a couple of trips it was less confusing.

An ideal location for a short stay in Brisbane
Pros:

The location on the river was beautiful and convenient

Cons:

Lots of locked doors to get through and only one set of keys. No reception. Unable to access gust information via QR code. Bedroom a long way from aircon. Water pressure in the kitchen meant that I was compelled to use the dishwasher instead of washing up by hand for only a few items.

Excellent location, great facilities, great pool, close to the Newstead facilities
Pros:

The apartments overlook the Brisbane River close to Newstead. Beautiful balcony with river views

Fully appointed with all washing facilities and well appointed kitchen.

More than sufficient space for a couple

Cons:

Air conditioning in the bedroom would have been helpful. It is in flat but a unit in bedroom would help at night
