Great location, lovely apartment - initially we were put into an apartment without A/C but once we complained we were moved to another apartment which was perfect.

Fantastic, feels like a holiday in the city

Great view of river
Walking trails and parks close by, easy to spend plenty of time outside in this location
Close to Tenerife city cat which makes getting to Southbank or city really easy
So many places to eat/drink in Tenerife and Newstead
