Lovely staff, lovely location and fantastic views of the river.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

Bit of a rabbit Warren. Got lost find my room a couple be of times. The flooring in the apartment is lifting.

Uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

Location, parking, late check in process are all excellent.

Cons:

Very old rooms, the bed is so small you can barely fit 2 people on it.. extremely uncomfortable (very hard) bed, couldnt sleep well. Old outdated furnishings and a dated, old unclean bathroom.

I would always stay here again!
Pros:

The property is located right on the riverfront ! The gym snd pool are great.
The apartment was modern, spacious and clean.

Cons:

At night the noise from the street was a bit loud.
Some salt, pepper, oil and more toilet paper would have been nice, but are easy to get from nearby supermarket.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is absolutely outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. No complaints whatsoever on either front.


Location and staff: 10/10. The apartment itself: unfortunately not somewhere we would return to or recommend.

Cons:

The space felt like a dungeon. It was very dark, and the lighting was not only poor but unreliable — it would brown out, flicker, and cut in and out, which at times was genuinely unsettling. The living area was a reasonable size, but it seemed as though all the space had been borrowed from the bedrooms, which were tiny and cramped.

The combined bathroom and laundry was impractical to the point of being almost unusable — there was barely enough room to dry yourself after a shower. No face wash or basic toiletries were provided.

The biggest issue was the bed. It was a mattress-in-a-box style, which is an absolute dealbreaker for us — had we known, we would never have booked. We slept terribly for the entire stay and are still recovering. For the price point, a proper quality mattress is a reasonable expectation.

The bedroom décor also left something to be desired — large crow or raven lamp fittings positioned directly above the bed made for quite an oppressive atmosphere.

I love the location and the cleanliness and friendliness.
Pros:

No breakfast included but kitchen area was nice to fix your own and there were places very near to enjoy. I appreciated the coffee packets and carton of milk.

The Location was excellent anything we needed was close. The Ferry Terminal 5 minutes away. The pool are was good but cold.

Cons:

Our only problem with the property was the in the bathroom, the toilet porcelain below water level was brown stained each side, not nice, there was a lot of mould in the grout joints in the shower area and there was quite a foul smell I think coming from floor drain I tried covering it with a small box, it appeared to lesson the odour.
