Comfortable stay in beautiful hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

We stayed in the Executive Suite and really loved it! The room was spacious and clean & the bed was comfy.
Also the staff was very friendly and professional. We felt very welcomed at this hotel.

Cons:

We actually really loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. Only thing I could mention here would maybe be the shower head because it didn't have a steady stream but that's not even worth mentioning because the water flow was still strong enough!

Skvělá komunikace přes WhatsApp
Velmi milý recepční, pán na recepci, opravdu ví co dělá! Prosím važte si takových lidí, důvody: velmi milý, ochotný, nápomocný, má výbornou angličtinu, skvěle komunikuje přes WhatsApp a ví co lidé chtějí (jen tip zařadil bych na WhatsApp komunikaci taky “local tip for travelers” tip na 3 lokální místa kam turisti zatím moc nechodí) já ve svém městě doporučuji pouze místa kam skutečně chodím (mimo turistické kavárny, obchody, památky) prostě moje FAV place.
Celkový staff je velmi milý
Pho k snídani !!! a bylo dobré
Výměna ručníku každý den + úklid včetně vytření podlahy
Pradlena skvělá a hlavně cena za kilo ne položky (cena za kilo je jenom o něco vyšší než na ulici)

Klidně bych doporučil koupit sim v hotelu (pokud nechcete ztrácet čas s řešením) cena je dobrá

Ha Long Bay - nechal jsme zařídit přes hotel, tour byla dobrá s průvodcem (cena možná o něco vyšší, ale s tím jsem počítal…přece jenom je hotel zprostředkovatel)…cesta byla minibusem luxusní sedačky a loď byla dobrá (přišlo mi, že všechny jsou dobré) a plavba turistická (pro mě Ha Long Bay není, původně jsem plánoval Cat Ba, ale čas mě donutil na turistickou plavbu), ale je krásné Ha Long Bay vidět jen počítejte, že na lodi bude několik desítek lidí a na zastávkách několik stovek lidí

Cons:

Neskutečná vlhkost (pokoj má pouze okno do světlíku) měl jsem i vlhké prádlo v zavřeném batohu…zvolte pokoj s oknem (asi bude dražší, ale bude to lepší), doporučuji nechat v prostředních pokojích zapnuté klimatizace nonstop
Špatně odhlučnění
Pomalá wifi (nezvládá připojení do zahraničí, požití VPN, zálohování fotek)

Pros:

The property was renovated and looks spectacular; everything was spotless and the resort is top-notch. It's a shame it was too cold to use the beach, but we'll be back in the summer. The room was immaculate.

Cons:

I have no complaints and would definitely return to this beautiful place for another vacation.

The staff are very nice and accommodating especially John and Timothy. Both are pleasant, patient, polite and very help
Pros:

The property is located inside old quarter and very convenient to walk around with many restaurants and stores for shopping. Also many tour buses come to pickup for free if you book tours to go to Ha Long Bay or other locations.

Pleasant stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Location was good, the lake was within walking distance from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel packed breakfast for us as we had to catch an early flight. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Management - please check on the water kettle in our room as the auto stop mechanism doesnt seem to work (it kept boiling until there is no water)
