Viešbutis itin patogioje vietoje, pačioje Hanojaus širdyje, tačiau gana ramioje gatvėje. Paslaugus personalas. Kambarys tvarkingas - nieko išskirtinio, tačiau buvo viskas ko reikia. Pusryčiai paprasti.

Highly recommend, best location and good value for money
Pros:

Very clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The best location it is only walking distance to shops, cafe and restaurants. Thank you to the friendly staff.

J ai rarement vu un personnel aussi adorable et serviable !!!
L’emplacement est parfait !

Cons:

Malgré une bonne isolation du bruit de la rue nous avons été beaucoup dérangé par les bruits intérieurs toute la nuit et tôt le matin : ascenseur, portes , ventilation à 5h45 de la cuisine très bruyante… dommages !

Smallish room, but great location and staff were very helpful and kind
Pros:

Great location in the old quarter, but quiet enough to sleep at night no problem
Breakfast was good
Staff let us store bags here after we got back from our going bay cruise and were waiting to go to airport for our flight out- was so kind of them

Cons:

Room was quite a lot smaller than I expected from photos and probably a bit too small for 3 of us to be super comfortable for 2 nights

What an amazing place to stay
Pros:

I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay! It's in a great location, the room was very nice, and the staff at the reception were the best! We could even book a tour through them for the next day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi one day.

What a nice place to stay. Unfortunately we were staying just over night but even just the few hours we stayed we knew that if we got a chance we would stay longer. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have got room on the 7th floor, it was a spacious room beautifully decorated, breakfast in the form of buffet just one floor up which made our very quick breakfast very convenient since we had to leave early to continue to our next destination. They even checked on us after check out if boarded our bus without any issues.....Highly recommended
