Pros:

整體環境相當舒適，就想到了夢想中的度假小屋！
食物也不錯，重點是位置非常好，就在纜車站旁，搭公車也直接在飯店門口下車，相當方便！

Great stay with a couple of details that could be better.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located right next to the cable car (or ropeway, as it is called in Japan), and it is a good base to explore Hokkaido. A car is a must as it is pretty much unreachable otherwise.

For some reason, we were given the handicapped room. We weren’t complaining as the room was absolutely massive and close to the elevator. Both room and bathroom were well equipped.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive.

Our dinner was included and it was very good.

One curious service: we were given a basket with a change of towels and a full range of amenities every day. We did not need this, and after four days we had 4 full baskets in our room.

Overall, a great experience and I would stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t all that great and never changed the four days we were there.

The outdoor onsen area was closed, which was a real shame. It seems to be permanently closed, too.

Wonderful place to relax and base to explore Mt Asahidake.
Pros:

The location at the base of the ropeway. A lovely onsen, buffet for breakfast and dinner. Access to nature in Daietsuzun Park.

So glad we went there! Highlight of our trip to Japan.
Pros:

Unbelievable location. Good buffets. Friendly staff. Excellent large room suites. Ropeway and hikes were spectacular.

Cons:

Outside onsen was closed. One day of heavy rain.

Functional mountain lodge ideally placed for the Asahidake ropeway
Pros:

Ideal position just a few minutes walk to the Asahidake ropeway, quiet room facing the mountain, kind and helpful personnel.

Cons:

The Bearmonte struck me as a functional mountain lodge that does what it is supposed to do without the luxury comforts. Both the lounge area in the lobby and the dining-room are rather canteen-like in appearance but the food was good.

Pros:

Zeer gunstige ligging om de ropeway te nemen. Mooie ruime kamers. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt en diner. Het diner is in buffetvorm met 1 hoofdschotel aan tafel en dat was een zeer geslaagde formule.

Excellent place to stay near ropeway!
Pros:

Great location on walking distance to ropeway. Room was gigantic. Dinner & breakfast were giant buffets with lots of options. I liked there was craft beer options available for sale. Staff were very friendly in resturant and hotel. We stayed two nights so they don’t clean the room but leave extra towels, waters and things in a basket outside the room, which really great. WiFi was fast.

Cons:

It was really hot across the hotel. The heat was too high. We had to open our window at night to cool off room. Elevator was boiling.

Beautiful hotel right on the ropeway
Pros:

The room is huge and very comfortable, has a shower room with a tub and Japanese shower. The onsen is nice and big.
Dinner was a buffet and a main course, both good. Breakfast buffet was ok. The library was a nice place to hang out and read.
Smart tv with netflix was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is quite early, latest to enter is 8:30.
The curtains didn’t block the morning light so we were up anyway. I also didn’t like that the toilet had an automatic light so you couldn’t control it if you used it in the middle of the night.
The AC wasn’t great but it wasn’t so hot when we stayed so it wasn’t a big deal

The hotel is a little isolated - a long way to go to the nearest 7/11 for example

Best stay of my holiday.
Pros:

Diner buffet was amazing. Rooms are spacious.
Staff English was also very good for a Japanese hotel.
Location very easily reachable by bus and good place for hiking and relaxing.

Cons:

Bathrooms look outdated.
No toilet brush.
