Stay at Park Point Inn
Pros:

Location we thought would be a little closer to Canal Park. It is still very close but not quite walkabale during winter months. The cleanliness and the rooms were great ! Very well kept and clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and pool area very much. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and a great variety. The pool while not large was very nice as was the hot tub. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Little Gem
Pros:

Was a little unsure about location, but ended up working great. Extremely friendly staff, nice array of items for breakfast, comfortable room setup. Definitely would come back here.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't much to not like here. They had a big robotics tournament the same Friday I was there, so relatively busy. But, no issues.

Amenities +, near downtown Duluth.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. There were several other travelers-including families with young children-and the room was quiet. A very relaxing stay.
We enjoyed the hot tub/pool area as well as the ample breakfast.
Would highly recommend based on location and amenities
