Very nice place to stay- especially for the price, but slightly disappointing.
Pros:

Location, patio, sauna/hot tub, breakfast, overall feel of the hotel, that each room has a balcony.

Cons:

The pool was out of service, which was very disappointing because it was what our kids were looking forward to. There was no half and half or cream available at breakfast for the coffee. The beds were a little uncomfortable- very firm. The “extra bed” was an air mattress (as opposed to a folding bed) that wouldn’t stay inflated.

Excellent stay
Pros:

This hotel has comfortable beds, well appointed rooms with great views and balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful and the setting on the Marina is fun and entertaining. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Can’t say enough good things!
Pros:

Exceptional place to stay! Staff are friendly and helpful, setting is awesome. Rooms clean and well appointed and comfortable. Amenities like pool, outside games, and proximity to Duluth’s waterfront are the icing on the cake. Lastly, they have the most amazing breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel. Highly recommend. Will be back. Thank you!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very clean and accomodating. Friendly staff. They even had pool toys and sand toys for kids to play with. Breakfast was great, lots of options. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful sister trip
Pros:

We loved our stay at park point marina Inn. We were on a sisters trip. The price was very good and the room was great with the balcony to watch the boats! Loved the shuttle service and the staff were great! !

Great for families
Pros:

Suite not worth it.
Pros:

Suite not worth it, paid extra for suite with sofa bed, mattress was so thin could feel the springs and bars. Couldn't use sofa bed that we paid $$$ extra for the sleeping space.

We had a wonderful time!
Pros:

Location is great and they offer shuttle service to and from Canal park which was much needed during our 100* temps. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the HH s’mores were a huge hit with my Grandson!

Cons:

Pool was super cold!! And we didn’t get the room we booked. Also, the playground really isn’t a playground, more just one little climbing apparatus.

It was great!! They provided champagne and a really sweet card for our anniversary!
Pros:

Very cute. If there wasn’t an air quality alert, we would have enjoyed the outdoor amenities.

Pros:

I loved the location. The room was nice. We really enjoyed having the balcony. Breakfast was good too and the staff were nice.

Cons:

My only complaint is that there was some garbage next to the bed from the previous guest. The room appeared clean but it made us wonder how well it was cleaned.
