Pros:

The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect. Great view of the water and right on the other side of the bridge. I needed a space to have a work meeting after checkout and they let me use the conference room. The breakfast was great too.

I loved everything and will be back in the future☺️
Pros:

Staff were quick to get us checked in, I loved that the pool had a 3ft section as both my boys were able to swim on their own. You have good water pressure for taking showers. I love that you included a playground to keep the kiddos happy.

Close to canal park, very clean hotel. The outdoor seating area is nice, we didn’t use the fire pit but it was a nice option.

The breakfast was fantastic as well as the seating outside. Lovely view of the pier.

Cons:

I think I was overcharged and I'm not sure why. I paid $572 for one night and when I looked online later it seems this was way over charged. I booked a queen room with harbor view and we got a double queen- not sure if that was why it was so expensive. Because of that I hesitate to stay again.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and energetic. Things to do right on the property with lawn games, the fire pit and s'mores with happy hour. We did see a shuttle but didn't use it, but others did and loved it.

Cons:

Being a smoker, we had to go to the street. We understand that people don't like vape or smoking, but many hotels do have a spot where they can go on property.
