Cons:

Would have liked the smores time to be available for longer time and days. Also, for it to be looked at/refilled, during the time it was available. An outdoor fire would have been nice.

Good place to take the family
Pros:

Nice hotel with a good view. spacious rooms big enough for a pack and play. Good breakfast buffet. My kids had a lot of fun there. And its close enough to everything

The view was mainly of boats docked in marina. Outdoor fire was not lit. Dining area, bar and fireplace seating was small and rather basic.

First time to Duluth
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Point Marina Inn. The location was easy to find, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast area was comfortable, and the coffee was good. I enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool and loved the S'mores bar set up in the afternoon.

Pros:

This was a very comfortable place, I had a standard room and was pleasantly surprised to find it had its own balcony. Although I ipted for the side that did not face the harbor, I still had a beautiful view of the lift bridge and the hill was beautiful at night with all the lights of the town. The room and all premises were extremely clean. The breakfast was great with catering dishes of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham mixed in, sausage links, there were several kinds of breads, muffins and there were also English muffins with a toaster commercial kitchens use. You can make your own waffles, there was yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and a toppings buffet that included strawberry sauce and cocnut for the waffles, fresh fruit, and also cheese and salsa for the eggs. Could not ask for a better experience all around. Definately will be back!

Perfect.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always been satisfied and liked everything about Park Point Marina Inn. That is why we keep coming back. It is clean, quiet, great location, great breakfast and just overall perfect for our needs. It is the best value for a reasonable price. We usually are not staying there during peak times because we are retired and we try to avoid the busy times. We try to come during the week and not on weekends if we can help it.
