Perfect.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always been satisfied and liked everything about Park Point Marina Inn. That is why we keep coming back. It is clean, quiet, great location, great breakfast and just overall perfect for our needs. It is the best value for a reasonable price. We usually are not staying there during peak times because we are retired and we try to avoid the busy times. We try to come during the week and not on weekends if we can help it.

Cons:

We like everything. That’s why we keep coming back.

A hidden gem
Pros:

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m never disappointed. It’s close to the canal but far enough away to be peaceful. Rooms are always clean and staff is very accommodating. Love the s’mores bar as a special treat.

An overall excellent experience
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel. Rooms clean and comfy. Our room was overlooking the water -- what a view! Lots of great amenities. Tiny area behind reception that serves cold beers and premixed drinks. Not really a bar, but good to grab a few beers. Shower was not so great, more dribble, dribble drip -- something hard to understand when you're looking at 3 billions gallons of fresh water. Breakfast fine. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to downtown Duluth, with a free shuttle. This is a great hotel to take a short or long break. Staff lovely. Did I mention the location??? Perfect for touring the North Shore.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, walkable to Canal Park. The hotel was laid out nicely. It was very clean. The individual balconies were great. The included breakfast was well prepared with tons of options. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. Front desk staff were super helpful!

Cons:

The bed wasn't very comfy, but the pillows were great.

Great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Park Point the first weekend in May and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and the workers were fantastic. There was a smore bar out every night and it was a hit!

Been to this property several times. Does not disappoint and near Grandmas and Canal Park.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet with waffles great! Could have been a little hotter. View from patio fabulous.

Cons:

One of our neighbors had their TV volume really high. Wanted to get some pool time. Maybe next time.B

Overall, it was a nice stay for our short time in Duluth.

Absolutely beautiful and worth it.
Pros:

The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the harbor. Loved the aesthetics and the comfort of the rooms.

Cons:

The vending machines really didn't work and only took cash, but that even worked badly. The eating/dinning breakfast area was very small in my opinion. Went to try and eat breakfast at one morning around 7:30 and it was too packed to actually sit anywhere.
