DOM Hotel

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of many of the main attractions of the city. We were originally offered a rather dark room on the top floor but this was quickly changed to a different room on request, which was much lighter and brighter. Staff all speak excellent English and go out of their way to be helpful.

Our stay at DOM Hotel Roma was absolutely wonderful. Perfectly located near Via Giulia, the hotel strikes a rare balance between historic Roman charm and modern boutique elegance.

The atmosphere is intimate, calm, and stylish — a true refuge after a day exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to detail. Everything feels curated rather than generic.

Service truly stands out: discreet, warm, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with recommendations or arrangements.

Breakfast is excellent, with quality products served in a relaxed, elegant setting — a great way to start the day in Rome.

If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, comfort, and a prime yet peaceful location, DOM Hotel Roma is an outstanding choice. We would return without hesitation

Nice staff. Overpriced for rooms. Stains on carpet. Shower floor broken. Bathroom cup chipped. Window treatments broken. This was rooms 10-11.

This beautiful hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. It’s updated and posh! Will stay there again.

Our suite had a private balcony which was perfect for early mornings and winding down in the evening. The staff was professional yet very friendly and always available to assist with any need.

This hotel has a perfect location, right in the centre of Rome. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful; the rooms are beautiful, spacious and richly furnished; and the restaurant serves an amazing breakfast as well as a top rate dinner. My wife and I can’t recommend this hotel too highly. We’ve visited Rome six times over the years, all of them five star. This was and is easily the best. And extraordinary value for money. From now on, this is where we’ll go when we visit Rome.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful customer service and convenient location. Just a quick overnight before heading home but it was a place we would stay again.

The only thing I don’t like was that in front of the hotel always was a guy with a big gun because they have some government funding and that was very impressive

Hotel offers so much but gets let down by small things. Location is brilliant….

Staff are ok but lacking common sense. Roof top bar is ‘ok’ view is nothing special.

Room was ok - opted for a suite but in reality it’s not really anything more than an extra corridor - certainly not a space that could be used

Location makes up for a lot, the area is brilliant - but hotel (is a little bit of a let down)

The hotel completely dropped the ball on helping us secure a vatican tour. When we asked for assistance, they just sent a random link to some company we'd never heard of without actually helping us book anything. By the time we checked, there was zero availability. We ended up having to figure it out ourselves through Viator. Really disappointing service for what you'd expect from paying over €1000 a night - they basically offered no help at all!

Small Boutique Hotel located in a less crowded area of Rome near the Tiber River, close to the Basilica and Trastevere. Big bus city tours stop nearby. Not too far to walk to major attractions.
We stayed in a Deluxe room which is a good size with large bathroom. Amenities very good. Comfortable beds, good lighting. Staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in this hotel called Verve is fabulous, lovely setting, great service and amazing home made dishes including a generous breakfast. Best yoghurt I have ever had. Highly recommend dining here.
