The front desk staff were amazing. I was so impressed with their detail and kindness. They made my stay welcoming. As a solo disabled traveler they made me feel safe and care for. Thank you.

AVOID AT ALL COST; The room is generally clean and spacious and well equipped, however the lack of table is rather inconvenient, and it is very noisy with street traffic and pedestrians even on weekday nights, and seagulls are super noisy during dawn. Also weird that the upper part of the toilet window cannot be closed.

I was "fortunate" enough to be in town and staying at this hotel while load shedding (i.e. adhoc power outage) happened and the staff didn't bother to inform this to myself obviously as a first-time foreign visitor. The power cut off during midnight on the first night. At first I thought unlike all other hotels, this hotel isn't equipped with backup generator. To my revelation later, they do have backup generator but only used during daytime outage to protect the bistros downstairs. During night time they just don't use it and don't care the overnight stayers at all. Never stay here, my real words.

The staff is excellent and the room is nice. The view is spectacular!

Good base in Sea Point, easy to shop, lots of restuarants and early morning wogs on the promenade. They offer good service too. Very happy with this hotel.

This hotel ticks all the boxes, large comfortable rooms, good location sentral i Sea front. Lots of restuarants close by. Walking distance to everything at Sea Front.

Very nice hotel. A little used and could do with an update, but we loved staying there and will be back, next time we are in Cape Town.

The location is great, lots of restaurants on the street, seemed safe. The accomodation is spacious, but very basic, value for money

Just stayed here for a day before the end of a trip! Great location near the water and restaurants in Sea Point. Convenient starting point if you want to spend time at the beaches. Spacious rooms and the balcony was a huge plus!

Value for money, excellent front office and general staff, excellent food outlets on ground floor, great high street location

Staff was great and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Parking was tight and cramped at night, but free. Would stay there again.
