beautiful view , but needs to change the website to let people know the pool is empty and run down

Disappointment from when was K Royalle
Pros:

Location. We had room 11 perfect. Firepit was nice. Rooms spacious. Early check in.

Cons:

Pool and hottub closed. Was not listed so big disappointment. TV didn't work, we had to do it manually for 1st day, beds VERY hard. We stayed Aug 2nd thru Aug 5th. Yet they notify us and Booking that we did not check in on Aug 4th? Hello we were there on the 4th and before.

Pros:

Love that it’s on the beach.

Cons:

It’s very misleading that they have a pool but it’s no longer usable. They need to put that their pool is no longer in service. And maybe take the pool picture off line. My kids were so upset that the pool is no longer there.

Pros:

We had lake view room. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Pool was closed and we had 3 grandchildren with us so they were very disappointed.

Pros:

Location was good for travel to Macinac.

Cons:

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the slider door wall to the balcony was extremely hard to open. Also , the pool was closed for the season.

Cons:

Kia the young lady who checked us in was unfriendly, rude and very unpleasant. She was not willing to help to accommodate us. The hotel is in need of some serious repair. Siding, soffets, facia were missing or falling down. retaining wall looked as if it could fall at any time.

We ended up turning in our keys and finding somewhere else to stay

Cons:

To start, I wasn’t impressed with the up keep of the property. The handrailing going up the stairs to our room was wobbly and rusted. We opened up the room and the room was very musty smelling. It just wasn’t as nice as what the pictures make it seem. We ended up turning our keys back in and found a different place to stay.

Pictures that are used for advertising are not an accurate representation. No hot tub or pool. They are both empty.

Cons:

Building is so old and falling apart. Slider door to balcony was stuck and the screen fell out and no longer had a track to put back up. Screen handle was duct taped in place. Bathroom had mold because it was built in the 50"s' yellow/orange/brown small square tiles. Toilet so low to the ground/perfect if you have a toddler. Mattresses old and hard, no sign of any bugs (great), but sheets and pillows very itchy. Room was musty and dusty.

Hot tub jets we're broke,pool was dirty flys everywhere the private beach wasn't swimmable huge rocks in water to hurt someone swimming not to mention I had about 10 people outside my room having a bonfire no privecty then took 100 more then they were supposed to for " incadental fee "and still have received it back this was my 13th yr anniversary and it was terrible also drove all the way from clare county will not be returning 😕
