Centraal, mooi hotel maar veel overlast s'nachts
Pros:

De locatie is prima, in het centrum vlakbij de Grote Markt en de Martini toren.
Mooie inrichting met een gezellige bar.

Cons:

De kamer (nr. 35) was zo klein dat je niet om het bed heen kon lopen. De afstand tussen het voeteneinde en de muur was ongeveer 20 cm. Erg lastig als je s'nachts naar de badkamer moest.
Er was s'nachts veel lawaai van de straat.

Comfortable for short term stays
Pros:

It was unique and central. The entrance and bars are brilliantly designed and the staff are lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were very inconsistent. With one it was tiny and dirty on the floor. A larger room was very large yet close to the street and entrance so lots of noise. A kettle was provided but no mugs or coffee etc. It felt very misplaced and when we asked for bins to be changed they simply handed us a bin bag.

Aanrader om in dit hotel te verblijven! Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en super centraal.
Pros:

Het bubbelbad beviel onwijs goed! Daarnaast was het een prima kamer met alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden!

Cons:

De trap is een beetje stijl en spannend, maar dat ligt meer aan mijn hoogtevrees :)

Würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Bombastische Aufmachung, wurden auch sehr nett begrüßt. Lage war super

Cons:

Zimmer einfach , winziges Waschbecken — schlecht gehende Wasserhähne — keine Ablagefläche im Bad und im Zimmer- nur Badewanne ( für ältere sehr schlecht) Spiegel klein und hing so hoch , dass man sich kaum sehen konnte —funzeliges Licht im Bad

Cons:

Der var ikke særlig rent, da vi kom, og der blev hverken frisket op eller redt seng i de tre dage, vi boede på hotellet.
Værelset var iskoldt, da vi kom, og det tog over et døgn med aircondition på 30 grader, før der var nogenlunde lunt.
Skuffende for et 4-stjernet hotel.

gedateerd hotel met ongeinteresseerd personeel. Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding!

De badkamer met het grote bad was heel fijn, ook was de kamer ruim

Cons:

De smalle en vele trappen. Ik ben fit maar als je slecht ter been bent is dit toch niet te doen? Personeel bood ook met koffers helemaal geen hulp aan.
Verder vond ik het allemaal erg gedateerd overkomen. Ik had geen kast op mijn kamer maar een gammel kledingrek. De vloertegels vond ik heel lelijk en alle schuinen wanden in mijn kamer niet prettig. Maar het was vooral het geheel wat gedateerd overkwam, afgebladderde verf, kleine tv die op lullig tafeltje stond. Ik verwacht meer voor de prijs die ik heb betaald. Het ontbijt was ook heel beperkt en totaal geen luxe producten en ik moest zelf vragen of er zaken bijgevuld konden worden. Personeel niet proactief.
