Unieke ervaring
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was netjes. Bijbehorend restaurant had heerlijk eten (recent is er een nieuwe kaart gekomen). De decoratie maakte het ook wel een uniek verblijf.

Cons:

Qua prijs-kwaliteit vonden we het een beetje aan de prijzige kant, maar we hebben wel genoten.

Perfecte plek, geen optimale nachtrust.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, vriendelijk personeel, top ontbijt, fijne bar.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast (kamer boven een bar waar tot 04.00u werd gefeest), bijzonder gehorige kamers.

Ik zou weer boeken!
Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het bed lag heerlijk. Hele fijne douche. Kleine gezellige kamer met genoeg opbergruimte. TV aanwezig.
Aankleding van het hotel is erg grappig, maar vooral gezellig. Aanrader.

Cons:

Hoofdkussen is behoorlijk hoog. Als zijslaper/buikslaper niet te gebruiken. Vreselijke lamp in de badkamer achter de spiegel. Nare TL verlichting, heel kil.

Prachtig uitziend hotel, erg bijzondere decoraties
Pros:

Perfecte ligging, zo aan het einde van de straat de grote markt op met alle winkels.
Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Cons:

De kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. En de zeep dispenser was leeg, dit kan eigenlijk niet in een kamer met jacuzzi. Er waren ook geen losse shampoo; doushegel; of conditioner flesjes.
Bij de receptie wel mee gekregen.

De locatie was fantastisch. Super centraal gelegen in de stad. Personeel buitengewoon vriendelijk en spontaan. Hotel heel sfeervol en ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Parkhaus (extra Gebühr, aber erheblich günstiger als die Groninger Parkhäuser!) und das Frühstück sowie die ganze Atmosphäre des Hauses waren wunderbar. Es wirkt nicht total überzogen, aber doch sehr ansprechend und stilvoll.

Das Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich und hilft unbürokratisch weiter.

Unsere Junior-Suite war hinsichtlich der Ausstattung wunderbar und sehr kuschelig. Der Service mit Instant-Kaffee im Zimmer ist eine tolle Idee, so kann man noch im Bett (oder im Whirlpool) seinen ersten Kaffe am Morgen trinken.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend und lässt sowohl qualitativ als auch hinsichtlich der Auswahl keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer selbst könnte etwas mehr bzw. sorgfältiger auf Details geachtet werden: ein kleines Dachfenster über der Toilette war sehr dreckig, oben in den Dachbalken hingen ein paar Spinnweben, die nicht erst von letzter Woche waren. Und ein paar Wasser-Flecken könnten mal neu gestrichen werden. Bei uns war leider der Stöpsel des Whirlpools falsch eingestellt und damit nicht ganz dicht, wir haben das gemeldet am nächsten Morgen. Ich bin aber sicher, dass das schnell behoben wurde.

Mein wichtigster Aspekt für eine Rückmeldung aber ist die Barrierefreiheit. Ich habe eine Behinderung im Arm und einen Sportschaden im Knie. Wenn in der Beschreibung der Suite schon gestanden hätte, dass diese nur über 2,5 niederländische Treppen ("Hühnerleitern") erreichbar ist, hätte ich um ein anderes Angebot gebeten. Wenn Sie also irgendwelche motorischen Einschränkungen haben, geben Sie das möglichst schon bei der Buchung an - ich bin sicher, dass das wirklich nette Personal eine Lösung dafür finden kann!

Wir kommen dennoch sicher gerne noch einmal wieder!

Het hotel was erg gezellig en Groningen is een leuke stad.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum en is op een unieke manier ingericht. Heel gezellig! Ook fijn dat de garage van het hotel vlak bij is.
