Wer found all staff outstandingly professional, helpful and friendly!
The location in the middle of the City Center was great, it allowed tiny breaks inbetween various Shopping/ city excursions :)
The building itself ist a historic building with steep stairs and labyrinth alike - but in a fun way!

Fantastisch hotel en locatie.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in een leuke stad.

Top verblijf, met uitzondering van de badkamer.
Pros:

Eigenlijk was het verblijf over het algemeen heel erg goed. De kamers zijn schoon, en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid, maar wel heel lekker. En de locatie is natuurlijk TOP!

Cons:

De badkamer valt erg tegen. Het was in onze kamer eigenlijk amper mogelijk om te douchen, omdat je doucht in een groot bubbelbad (waar we verder niets mee deden). De regendouche werd niet warm, en als je met de losse douche gaat douchen, dan ontstaat er heel makkelijk een waterballet.
