Gratamente SORPRENDIDO!!!
Pros:

La verdad es que no esperaba el nivel de hotel que encontré, el estacionamiento es un poco estrecho pero cumple el objetivo.
El desayuno me pareció muy bueno, de hecho me sorprendió la presentación de los platillos y la calidad y sabor de los mismos.
La factura me llegó prácticamente de inmediato al solicitarla por WhatsApp

Bueno pero podría mejorar muchos detalles
Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, no hay tanto ruido en las noches y eso se agradece, el clima enfriaba súper bien y la cama y sábanas eran súper cómodas. Los ascensores funcionaban súper bien.

Cons:

A pesar de ser un hotel de "categoría", las habitaciones se sienten hasta cierto punto viejas o con poco mantenimiento, el yeso en las habitaciones se veía de acabado muy pobre, el teléfono no funcionaba (toca comunicarse con recepción vía WhatsApp), el frigobar no enfriaba bien y la alfombra de las habitaciones hace que se vea un poco anticuado. El trato de los empleados es bueno pero en el desayuno buffet el mesero te trata casi como si fueran compas y eso no es muy padre, más aparte que al final te recalcan mucho que la propina es opcional y que les ayuda a ellos (se entiende pero no deberían de enfatizarlo tanto). La piscina que tienen en la entrada está abandonada, sin agua, desconozco si había alguna otra. La comida no está mal pero podría mejorar un poco.
