Candlewood Suites Sidney by IHG

I am a huge IHG fan. This property out did themselves! I booked our reservation wrong on an extremely busy weekend for Sidney. I called prepared for the worst but the lady I spoke to was like “no worries we can fix that” and she DID!! No extra charges no complications. Then one morning my vehicle wouldn’t start, no problem at all they took care of that too!! We will always stay here when in Sidney!

I stay at Candlewood frequently for work travel. Always the best experience for booking and staying. Staff is very friendly and class acts all the way around. Always clean and peaceful nights.

I stay in sidney for work a few times a month, and have for 9 years now. I won't stay anywhere else. The folks here are all nice, good gym, and the rooms are always clean. LOVE the suites as they feel closer to home than any other hotel I've stayed at. I will keep coming back!

When we visit Sidney, & need a place to rest, Candlewood is the best value. With ample storage space for belongings, to their kitchenette, & convenient location, we are frequent fliers for sure!

I travel a lot for work, and I have to say that this was one of the very best experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, I noticed I was placed on the 4th floor. I have a ton of stuff I have to drag in and out of the hotel room for work. Also, my older dog travels with me and the elevator for potty breaks is just a pain. Sometimes I don't bother to ask if they can switch rooms because the last few places have been so sour about changes rooms. The lady that checked me in, Beckie, saw my face when I saw the room number and when I asked if there was a possibility to be on the first floor, she took the time to do the work and move me to a first-floor room. She was incredibly kind to me and MY dog - giving him snacks and love. I called the front desk to thank her again - she didn't expect me to be so very grateful for her kindness but now a days people just aren't nice anymore. The room was spacious and clean, the ice maker in the freezer worked and the bed was soooo comfy. I wished my plans were to stay longer than 2 nights because I just loved it there so much and everyone was so kind. I can't say enough good things about the place. There were dvds you borrow and watch in your room too. I really appreciated the whole staff's attitude toward their guests. the manager told me that they see people as people, not credit cards. I just love that.

I was very disappointed at how dirty and stinky the sink was and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we had planned

The crew at the Candlewood Suites in Sidney, Montana are genuinely invested in their clients. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and warmly welcomed. The property is well-maintained, a fantastic grocery store and other food/retail stores are within walking distance, and the coffee is delicious! Each interaction with staff members—from Derek, to Beckie, to Sam (and many others whose names I can’t recall!)—was collegial and kind. The hotel owners/management know their clientele’s needs—our puppy enjoyed hanging out with us at the gazebo out back; there are special washers for oilfield workers; and the Candlewood Cupboard was well stocked. This will be our preferred place to stay in Sidney going forward!

Excellent staff and they had some of the best coffee I've ever had the pleasure of drinking! Will definitely be staying again when I'm in the area!

In the old days ( before the Bakken oil boom —— usually the motels in Sidney had a least a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Some juice, donuts, coffee

The staff was very friendly and accommodating I couldn’t ask for a better stay! Would gladly recommend the Cottonwood!! The suite was very roomy bed with pillows were very comfortable. Having the big refrigerator with the ice cubes right in the room was great.

Great customer service, no charge for late checkout

Staff was very nice and helpful. No housekeeping. On the weekends. We got there wed and left sun and housekeeping never came. Pretty clean but could use more attention on the bath fixtures. Bed was very comfy! I would stay there again

When we checked in, Becky was so courteous and accommodated my mistake with a smile. The overall staff was very nice, if I am ever in Sidney again I will be staying there.
