Friendly staff, accommodating and clean updated hotel. Highly recommend

Check-in was fine. Studio room was great for the 3 of us in one room. Arrangement of lighting for sinks and bathroom was awkward: while others asleep, switch for bathroom is on outside, so when bathroom door is opened, light fills the entire room potentially waking up those asleep. Also, with sink positioned in open space, the same lighting issue occurs.
Most unsatisfactory issue was breakfast: Approached breakfast area at 6:35 only to find no regular coffee available (only decaf). It took 25 minutes to provide regular coffee!

Have stayed here numerous times. First time was when it first opened. We were the first people to stay on the third floor back then.

Main room looked fine bathroom ceiling and walls needed repairs

Bed way too hard. Toilet too low. Couch squishy soft. Front desk understaffed. So no one there for 15 minutes at check in. Ay check out, we just left key, but othersxwho wanted a receipt were just lined up waiting for staff to appear. Hotel needs to hire enough people, it seems.

Very good just missed water bottle at check in and no luggage carts available

We had no water for at least a 24 hr time period and were only offered 1, 16 oz bottle of water. We had already paid for our stay which was for a 5 night stay. No toilets, no showers and nothing offered to offset the inconvenience. Then being on the 5th floor the elevators were out of service. Makes it hard when someone with knee issues has to do 5 flights of stairs especially with luggage.

My only issue was the employee on duty wasn’t very helpful in answering my questions about the area - he said he’s not from the area. I think it is super important that employees are knowledgeable about the area so that they can assist customers in any question they may have.

The hotel was very clean. Check-in was a bit weird. Not sure if the desk person was being funny or serious but it was awkward. Morning coffee was full of grounds when I started to drink it. Room was great though once we got checked in.
