Location for our needs was perfect. Comfort of the room needed improvement.
Pros:

I liked the walk in shower, the large kitchen and the close proximity to the highway and Portage Lakes.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working properly in our room. We said something to the staff and was told the a/c was struggling to keep up with the heat outside. I would have believed this except my daughter's room was nice and cool. Thank goodness we brought a fan as it never dropped below 80 degrees in our room. Also, the elevator was not working properly.

We’ll choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around.

Cons:

Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more.
Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles.
Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.

Had to switch rooms 3 times to get a clean room. The pool was out of service and manager was very rude and not helpful

LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK!
Pros:

Everything, it was awesome, having a full refrigerator and dishwasher felt like a BnB, was very happy with the bed, the pillows and my partner wanted to take the couch home. Breakfast was amazing! Check in at 3 and check out at noon was nice! Place was booked and pool was packed so didn't go swimming but will definitely come back here!

Cons:

I didn't see any outside smoking area.
