Pros:

Room was neat, staff was good

Cons:

Not happy with the facility. The pool was shut due to maintenance. I was travelling with kids and had planned this hotel for leisure purposes, but I was informed that pool is closed which made kids sad and I had no alternative unfortunately. Please support getting a refund for this booking or a goodwill gesture as I have been a loyal customer to bookings.com since many years and have always got the needed support from customer service

Location for our needs was perfect. Comfort of the room needed improvement.
Pros:

I liked the walk in shower, the large kitchen and the close proximity to the highway and Portage Lakes.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not working properly in our room. We said something to the staff and was told the a/c was struggling to keep up with the heat outside. I would have believed this except my daughter's room was nice and cool. Thank goodness we brought a fan as it never dropped below 80 degrees in our room. Also, the elevator was not working properly.

We’ll choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around.

Cons:

Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more.
Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles.
Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.
