Fantastic location, close to the beach, food, and shopping.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the staff friendly. The kitchenette was great for beverages and a quick snack. I was visiting family and the location was close to them and the beach.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin so there was carry over noise from adjacent rooms, but not super loud and would definitely not stop me from returning here again.

Great location and value.
Pros:

Very clean room, easy check in and check out, and a great location. Minutes from the beach, Surf City, shopping.

Cons:

The only disappointment was I had requested a room on the ground floor to avoid the stairs and my husband's room was on the upper floor. It wasn't a deal breaker, but was a bit disappointing.

It was very convenient for our stay. Very nice to have a kitchenette in the room and coffee and water in the morning.

Very good, clean place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and kept up motel, inside and outside. Complementary coffee and bottled water at the front desk. The pool was very clean. Safe for kids, only 3-4 ft deep. Handicapped accessible chair for getting in and out of the pool. Few swings for kids and couple picnic tables. Pod cup coffee maker in the room with complimentary pods and couple coffee cups. Anything needed for cooking or eating is not supplied. There was paper towels, box tissues,toilet paper, small soap bar and dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower. There was a hair dryer, iron and board. There was a plug with a couple USB outlets. Beds were very comfortable and clean with fluffy pillows. Free ice machine. Good location with numerous shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Dollar general next door. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and pier. Had no issues with anything. Very nice stay.

Wonderful place to stay with a short drive to the beach
Pros:

Impressed by the cleanliness of the room! Nell the manager was very nice and helpful making sure we had a 1st floor room.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We will be back next year!!!

Excellent Family Owned Stay
Pros:

We love coming to Topsail Shores Inn. It is a family owned business who actually reside on the premises. The owners are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to a couple restaurants and Dollar General is a few steps away for any needs.

Great time, great service and great staff!
Pros:

We come every year and have never had a bad experience, we love the staff and the pool area is small which we love because we travel with young kids and it keeps them contained but having fun

Cons:

There was a visible gap in our door/door frame and it was hard to keep the room cool especially at night when sleeping. We actually stuffed a bed sheet inbetween the door and the frame at night to keep it cooler.
