Nice place to stay

Great hotel. Convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Our room, #221, was incredibly humid the entire time and there was no way to get rid of it. The wall paper was 3 off of the wall because of it.

Overall good stay. The woman checking me in was not very friendly. Noticed some ware on furniture

It was very clean. Th room had a small separate area with a couch and a second TV so that I could watch comfortably without sitting on a bed or desk chair. I was surprised when Housekeeping reset the bathroom but did not remake the bed, but maybe that was by design. At any rate, I can highly recommend it and would be pleased to stay again.

Modern, friendly, clean

The room needed a few repairs (cracks on ceiling, shower floor/tile, rusted fixtures in bathroom). Bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was very nice. Staff were wonderful and the lobby was very nice. I stayed one night and even though the room had some things needing repair, it did not impact the overall stay.

Pool is currently in demo mode (June ‘25). So, had to go next door to swim. Breakfast is not free, but is available for prices comparable to fast food. Drinks in bar area were a little spendy $9 for a whisky.

Room was CLEAN and comfy! Patio area looked great, but didn’t utilize. Probably would not stay here again. Would choose somewhere with free breakfast. However, is is perfect for the family who doesn’t mind spending more for the convenience and super clean hotel.

Pool was closed; took multiple times to get ahold of front desk to follow up since they didn’t mention when I checked in !! Having us go next door to the pool was the option but is not preferred by most guests to walk through the conference center in your swim gear. Also why book here when the pool is closed and you have to pay for breakfast when next door rooms are comparable and you get free breakfast and a working pool? Disappointed in this visit

The rooms were very spacious. We had room to set up a pack and play, a bassinet, amd had room for 2strollers without feeling cramped. I will absolutely be staying here again!

The only improvement I would suggest is perhaps adding exhaust fans to the bathroom.

We love this hotel. It’s a great location and they have a restaurant on site!

We reserved a room with a roll-in shower for my disabled father. When they got there they were put in a room with a tub, not a roll-in shower. When I asked the front desk, I was told “it wasn’t her problem.” I asked for a card, she claimed she didn’t have any. I asked for her supervisors card, she claimed he didn’t have any. She wrote down on a piece of paper that her name was Shakira, or something to that effect. She claimed she had no last name, not contact info. I travel almost every week for work and have had to deal with my fair share of front desk people but this human was by far the absolute worst. We will never stay at that hotel again because of her.

Front desk people were helpful and kind. Rachelle went above and beyond to be sure we found what we were looking for. Food was good. The room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Location was good! Room was spacious and so comfortable. I was in town to see family as my mom passed away and had another space to accommodate people coming by and checking in. Super friendly staff! Delicious cookies! Nice small pool! Beautiful hot tub!

Nice hotel for sure. Our room was nice however drawers were broken and cheap. Caulk in the shower had mold all over and the couch was pretty nasty and worn out. The breakfast was good and taken care of the mornings we ate there. I did let the hotel know about the mold issue upon departure. This should never be overlooked.
