Lovely
Pros:

This is my 5th time stay at this. Location near Klebang beach. Parking is easy except need to pay to Majlis on weekday. Room is okay, clean.

Very good.
Pros:

Value for money. bed were comfy and location was great.

Cons:

Were there a couple of time before covid and post covid. i think there were lot more complimentary thing in room but right now even tissues were not available.

Pros:

Love our stay here. The location is close to all tourist attracts near the city centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and smells nice too. I really love the ambience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall great, comfortable! A bit of hiccup, no towels inside the room but they solved it very quickly. Responsive staff regarding the towel. Called them at 5am yet still answered.

The location of hotel is good , nearby a lot of food and pretty near to shopping mall and jonker street.

Cons:

The lift with bad smell, light in the room is somehow abut dark, floor of room abit dirty as my feet looks dirty after I step raw foot on the floor, the water heater in toilet seems not functioning as I have on the water for more than 5mins with maximum hottest selection but does not have feeling of hot on water, the shower shampoo are bad to use and a small bottle how could fulfill needs of 2 ppl in room ? The bed will feel itchy after sleep/lat down for certain time.
