Pros:

Location, clean, quiet.
Free breakfast was good.

Cons:

Beds were firm. No pillow top.
Shower had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash but no shelving to put personal products.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful at night.
We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Lovely time and a good rest!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! The location and staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. My bed was super comfortable and I liked the bathroom amenities and products.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work so the room was hot all night. The hot tub was good, but there were no towels for the sauna/hot tub. It was Valentine’s weekend, so I understand to an extent, but it was much pricier than I was expecting.

Very good stay.
Pros:

Quiet place, big gym, lovely staff, fridge and microwave in room. Firm bed, low pillows available, responsive heating system. Sadly, I didn't have time for the sauna, which I really wanted to use.

Cons:

The breakfast was rudimentary, which dropped my rating to go from 9 to 8. Weird toilet pressure caused the toilet to "burp" and actually spit water drops out as it flushed sometimes.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Everything was pretty good until we tried to get some sleep.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel really but, there were kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors and running away.

Good but could be improved.
Pros:

Breakfast was just OK, not super special.

Cons:

Eggs were kinda gross. Would have been nice to have bacon. Fruit salad instead of an apple and bananas. Juice was really watered down. Crowded in breakfast area.
