Pros:

I have bad legs so they put a room next to the elevator which made it easier for me to walk. the ladies in the kitchen were very nice and the front desk also were very kind. I really enjoyed the stay.

Although the property was very convenient and very friendly staff… as you entered the hotel it reeked of the smell of gas (propane) it was bad bad. I wish they could fix that- it’s insanely worrisome.

Never, Ever Again!
Pros:

Three abysmal nights at the SpringHill Suites in Corpus Christi. Let me save others from making this dire mistake; here’s some of the highlights:

1. Beds are so freaking firm you’re up at 4:00 each day, because getting up is far better than attempting to sleep.
2. Room amenities are tired and seasoned to the point where a much needed renovation is required.
3. The lobby, elevator shafts and the better part of the corridors smell like propane or some other accelerant.
4. Staff members are robotic, doing the least possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

I cannot think of a single redeeming quality to associate with this property, they should NOT be included in the Marriott portfolio. My wish is for a GM to visit, shut it down, clean it up and start anew.
