Very impressed and would stay again
Pros:

Great location, with clean, comfortable and modern rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good value.

Muy buena
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno son excelentes. Hotel tranquilo y personal muy amable.

Cons:

La primera mañana hubo algo de ruido a las 8 porque estaban de obras en la planta de arriba.
Tampoco me gustó que no tuviera minibar. Te obliga a comprar en su tienda las cosas frías.

Beautifully decorated, great location, and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The mattress was not very comfortable, but I am sure this will no longer be an issue once the renovations have been completed.

Konumu iyi. Başka hiç bir şeyi yok beğenilebilecek.

Hizmet çok kötü. Oda standart bir odadan çok uzak. Aile olarak kaldık fakat iki adımda bir çocuğuma çarpmak zorunda kaldım. Otopark var demişler maalesef yok. Bir kaç araçlık otoparkı var. Buda otoparkı yok demek oluyor. Otoparkı olduğu için tercih ettik fakat aracı bir gün içerde tutabildik. Para ödemeden aracı bırakmıyorlar. Geri döndüğümüzde ilk kapı açıldı ve ikinci kapı arasında sıkıştık çünkü yer kalmamış. Maalesef aramadan açmıyor. Resepsiyonistlerin gülümseme ve tebbessüm konusunda eğitim almaları lazım. Sıfır puan olsaydı onu verirdim.

Otopark ücretini ödeyebilmek için otel check-in sırasını beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz; benim deneyimimde bu yaklaşık 30 dakika sürdü. Resepsiyon bu yoğunluğu karşılamakta yetersiz kalıyor. Üstelik çalışanların yaklaşımı da oldukça suratsız ve ilgisizdi. Maalesef hiç iyi bir deneyim yaşamadım.
