Pros:

Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Bei Lage zur Straße zwar laute Geräusche bei offenem Fenster, bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Schönes, großes Frühstücksbüffet mit guter zeitlicher Ausdehnung.

We definitely will not be returning.
Pros:

The only real advantage was the location, which is close to the city center.

Cons:

Parking costs €26 per day, but your spot is not guaranteed for the entire stay. You are basically forced to leave your car there because if you move it, you risk not finding a space again.

The TV is not a smart TV and only offers a few basic channels.

Cleanliness is below expectations for this price range. The carpet, in particular, was full of visible stains.

The heating system did not work properly ,it was blowing cold air even though we followed the instructions provided.

In our friends’ room, the refrigerator was missing.

Schönes Hotel, schwache Betreuung.
Pros:

Recht gute Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

TV wurde trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden nicht richtig repariert und ging alle fünf Minuten von selbst wieder an. Dass man Frühstück und Bargetränke sofort bezahlen musste und nicht aufs Zimmer drückt großes Misstrauen zu den Gästen aus.

Cons:

De service van meerdere personeelsleden was ronduit slecht. Contact met de receptie via de intercom van de parkeergarage waar je niet in kan terwijl je wel hebt betaald en waar je netjes vragen over stelt: verbinding werd gewoon verbroken! Nogmaals ingebeld en ook weer werden we afgewimpeld met onze vragen en we moesten de auto dus noodgedwongen even ergens in de buurt parkeren (waar geen plek te vinden was) om naar binnen te lopen en onze vragen rechtstreeks te stellen zodat de man niet nogmaals de verbinding kon verbreken. Echt nog nooit meegemaakt zo klantonvriendelijk! We kozen bewust voor deze keten omdat het zo'n goede naam heeft. Nou voor ons nooit meer!
