Top Service! Top Hotel!
Pros:

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag zur Gamescom in Köln. Das Hotel war sehr leicht zu finden. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Kölner Dom entfernt. Eine Querstraße weiter befindet sich eine tolle Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen Restaurants.
Die Messe war mit dem ÖPNV vom Hotel aus innerhalb von 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen .

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal super freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Einfach nur top!

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast quality was great with lots of choice. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean

Would have been great if the hotel had spa facilities, but that is a minor thing!
