Really nice and comfortable
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, especially the bathroom, and the staff was very nice and helpful. This is all I want from a hotel to have a good trip. Not just the bare minimum :)

Cons:

No real complaints here. The gym wasn't open, but they said we could use the one at Marriott Cologne instead, so they're quite accommodating as well :)

Pros:

Konumu gerek metroya yakınlığı gerekse merkeze yürüme mesafesi olması sebebiyle çok iyiydi. Tüm taleplerimize çok hızlı dönüş yapıp yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Odaya girdikten hemen sonra yatağı kontrol ettiğimizde tam olarak temiz olmadığını fark ettik. Tuvaleti buzlu cam bir yapıyla ayırmışlar. Bu yüzden çok odadan ayrık bir durumda değil o bölüm. Bir de çok garipsediğimiz bir şekilde oda da İncil vardı. Sebebini anlayamadım sadece belirtmek istedim.

Dissapointing. No value for money. If you are renovating the hotel you should not ask 225 euro but 95

Cons:

Only thing I need is a bed and a proper shower. Shower didnt work - bed was ok but they are renovating and started making noice at 08.00….. while charging a premium price of 225 euro a night. Unbelievable

Overall the place was in a great location, the staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant/café was 👌
Pros:

The location was amazing - 10 mins walk to the main train station, 3 mins walk to the metro. Supermarkets 2 mins away. The area was safe and quiet with lots of little cafés and restaurants too.

The place was plush and comfortable. I had a really quiet, spacious and cosy room.

The highlight for me was the restaurant/café on the ground floor. It’s beautiful and spacious with really lovely staff! I loved spending a few hours there daily.
