Sehr angenehmer Ort. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Lage, Aufmachung und Personal sind sehr gut. Zum Radfahren tolle Ausgangslage. “Grand” ist vor allem die Architektur. Die Zimmer sind großzügig angelegt, Innenhof und Lobby sind gemütlich. Hunde sind sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Stellenweise in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude, Haustechnik und Einrichtung. Einzig überraschend fanden wir die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren, da es keine Alternative zur Anreise mit dem Auto gibt und realistisch keine Anderen Parkplätze in der Nähe verfügbar sind.

Voor ons was deze ervaring beneden alle peil, we zullen ook niet meer terugkomen
Pros:

De lokatie in Haamstede is top, de duinen beginnen zodra je de parkeerplaats afloopt.

Cons:

Werkelijk alles is vies en kapot. Wat ben ik geschrokken van de staat van dit hotel. Ik kom op veel plaatsen maar dit is zeldzaam. Echt zonde!

Redelijk tot goed, maar personeel onhandig en leken niet goed geïnstrueerd.
Pros:

Kamer, de bedden, ontbijt, sfeer en ambiance in het hotel.

Cons:

Parkeergelegenheid: betalen voor het parkeren terwijl in de omliggende omgeving geen gratis mogelijkheden zijn. Doe een 10je bij de prijs op en het komt klantvriendelijker over.

Prima maar met wat aandachtspuntjes
Pros:

Hotelkamer was prima. Ontbijt is perfect op de "zoete ranja" na die jus d'orange moet heten.

Cons:

Schoonmaak badkamer kan beter (te zien aan de strepen van alleen een doekje op glas en spiegels) en een rommelig dienblad met wat cupjes koffie, lepeltjes etc. kan netter in bijvoorbeeld een kistje.
Personeel was veel engelstalig en zij begrepen niet zo veel van wat er gevraagd werd en wat zij moeten zeggen tegen de gasten (honden niet in de ontbijtzaal, mensen moesten te lang wachten bij het melden van hun kamernummer bij de aanvang van het ontbijt). En 9 euro parkeerkosten bij zo'n verblijf vind ik belachelijk, Ook de WK voetbal mocht van de manager van het hotel niet aan.

Prima hotel met goede ligging en goede parkeerfaciliteiten voor auto en (motor)fietsen.
Pros:

Zeer ruime douche en kamer met kingsize bed. Alles binnen was erg schoon en netjes. Ontbijt was prima en personeel was vriendelijk en alert. Alles werd snel en voldoende aangevuld en receptie- en barpersoneel hielp snel en professioneel.

Cons:

Balkon en stoelen. Stoelen waren vies en balkonvloer was niet schoongemaakt (aangekoekt vuil en bladeren) waardoor je veel vuil mee naar binnen liep. Niet echt aan gestoord maar dit had wat beter gekund.
