This hotel is a hit and miss. You may get lucky and have a decent experience but you may also have the worst.

My family and I had stayed at this hotel two nights before on our incoming trip to MX; the reception staff was great, the rooms assigned to us were clean and everything worked, we didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning because we had an early start on the road. Our experience was great, so we decided to stay there on our way back. This time our experience was completely horrible!!! When we got there it took the reception person an hour to get us checked in and there was only one person ahead of us who was being helped. When he finally assigned us our rooms, one room had water in the bathroom floor which ended up being a leak but we didn’t know it then. Someone came out and dried up the floor. But each time my kids got up at night to go the bathroom their socks got soaked.
The other room had almost no water pressure.
It may have been that my family and I were so worn out from our trip that we didn’t think to reload our bags back in the car and leave. The idea of waiting another hour to get our rooms switched was also undesirable so we stayed put. The next day talking to the receptionist about our experience, we found out that the management and staff knew of the problems in both our rooms and were still assigning them out to guests! Unbelievable!!

Pros:

Primero me dieron una habitación sucia y con el baño en muy mal estado, nos dieron toallas viejas, rotas y con pelos, no cambiaron de habiatacion al siguiente día y no salia agua caliente, el WC no funcionaba correctamente.

No hay cambio de toallas ni de sábanas, para el desayuno, es necesario ir diariamente al lobby por un “vale” para obtener el desayuno. Para ese desayuno, hay un horario de 7:30 a 10:00 am, sin embargo no estaban listo todos los alimentos hasta cerca de las 8 am. Las chicas del Lobby con una excelente actitud de servicio.
