Service was not up to the mark, the breakfast buffet was pathetic with cockroaches making an appearance. The pool was good. Rooms were large.

الاقامة كانت نوعاً ما جيدة لكن الغرفه كانت صغيره ولايوجد فالحمام معدات الاستحمام كامله

no wake up me for go to airport,...i have send is important,im wake up lukcy,send at staff you loose wakeup me,and is smile!!!!

I was very disappointed that the name of the property is resort and they do not have beach, very misleading and frustrating, I did not like the narrow alley between the units, I was disturbed and I had to wake up from a deep sleep just to let another guest pass with his car, very disturbing and tiring, rooms are very ordinary, food quality is very low, they don't serve alcohol through it's legal in this Emirate, the pool life guard he was on his mobile all the time so if someone drawn he will never notice, the room service staff are rude, they are always tough to collect the payment, why don't the reception ask for extra deposit and charge the food bill to the room, overall it was a horrible experience and I will never repeat it.

الفندق جيد وهادء والعاملين ودودين ولديهم أستجابة سريعة لمختلف الطلبات
لم تكن في الفلا لوازم المطبخ مجرد أن علموا بالأمر حلت المشكلة وقدموا لنا ظيافة ترحيبية من باب الأعتذار
لم يعجبني في الفندق
1. الماء في الحمامات ظعيف يكاد الشخص أن يستحم بصعوبة.
2. وسائد النوم غير مريحة وقاسية سببت لي ألم في الرقبة.
3. عند تسجيل الدخول يشترط الفندق عليك ترك البطاقة الشخصية بلدا الأستقبال وتأخذها عند المغادرة ينما باقي الفنادق يكتفون بالأحتفاض بنسخة مصورة من البطاقة.

It was great. Nice place. Villa needs more maintenace and more decoration inside to make it more enjoyable.

The pool tiles need to the maintained as two of our friends got cuts on their feet.

We are happy, only complaint about the most important thing wifi connection, before it was fast and good, now it is limited users only.. and very poor connection.. we are not able to connect, please review this as we are regular royal guest, wifi to be unlimited connection.. hotel rooms are very good..

Wifi works only during the day when no-one is in the hotel
Impossible to get it at night....

it was not good and people works in reception not friendly.

لا باس بها و لكن الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة و مرتبة كما يجب و لا يوجد اي من المشروبات داخل الغرفة
