Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Originell eingerichtetes Chalet, sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen für das man sich morgens entscheiden kann, Blick in den Garten und die Berge in ruhiger Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Pros:

Updated stone cottage w kitchen facilities, extremely quiet, furnished comfortably and eclectically with a mix of modern and antiques, and art. 100% cozy and comfortable. Lovely grounds, great breakfast. A fine dinner and wine are available that are better and kess expensive than heading out in search of, just let them know your preferences from a daily changing menu at least by 5 pm. The weather was absolutely awful while I was there and, to tell the truth, I did not care. The staff was flawless, Beatrizis an absolute star, graciously answered each and every one of my questions cheerfully, If I was her I'm not sure I could help but roll my eyes at me, my questions were that stupid, she had to go to the cottage and point out a light switch directly outside a room for me🙄🙄😂😬

I'd nitpick if I could, but can't think of a single thing.

Charming Property Surrounded by Nature
Pros:

The property is set in beautifully maintained surroundings and offers lovely views. The living room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and warm throughout our stay. It’s a bit far from Funchal, with some steep roads to get there, but we didn’t mind the drive.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was just okay—nothing particularly memorable—and I was surprised that it didn’t include any local products, especially local fresh fruit.

Pros:

Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts. De plus, c'est appréciable car ce n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est plus que fourni, le personnel très accueillant, disponible et avenant. Tout est très propre et ça sent bon le feu de bois, ce qui est bienvenu au mois de Mars.

Nice and relaxing hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms with a fantastic view. The hotel is located in a very quiet district, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the visit.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. Some variation would make it even better.
Additionally, the lights in the lobby are turned off around 10 p.m. It would feel more welcoming if there were some lights on when guests return later in the evening.
