fun experience!! definitely gonna go back here for a trip to surabaya. hasn’t tried the restaurant and other facilities yet but i’ll definitely try it next time.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Grand Darmo Surabaya. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my stay even better was the excellent service from the staff — especially Putri, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit.

the location of hotel is great... and the breakfast were amazing. reception staff through the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. they always greeting and smilling to us.... will be back to grand darmo hotel soon... thank you ms nita and friends.

I was staying for one night in this property. The establishment is in a strategic location but not on the main road so it was not noisy. We can easily found the street foods across the hotel especially on the sunday morning. Thank you so much for Mr. Arifin for pampering us and provide my needs during my stay. And shout out to Ms. Henita for the warm hospitality

It's great experience. The room itself is very comfortable. The view is great and the room facility is great 😃 👍 i would like to book a room at this hotel when i visit surabaya again. I really recommend this hotel because the price is not too pricey and pretty much affordable for four star hotel!

A few enjoyable days at the Grand Darmo Suite, Surabaya with my family before Idul Fitri this year. The friendliness of the staff made us and our family feel at home staying here. They don't forget to say our names when greeting us. Even though the parking lot is always full, the hotel staff are always friendly to help park our car. The large and hot shower water also provides extra comfort.

Grand Darmo has always been one of the choices for us and our family when looking for accommodation at affordable prices and excellent service.

We didn't get the towel if we didn't ask for it. The hair shampoo was empty at the bath. The check out time took a long time. Everything else was nice.

ジムの機材が酷い。ランニングマシンは走行が不安定で、突如停止するなど、不良というより、危険ですらあった。ホテルはインドネシア一般人、フライトアテンダントなどでとても混雑していた

動物園の近くに位置し、そばには、ショッピングモールもあり、便利。某国内航空会社の指定提携宿泊ホテルと見えて、フライトアテンダントさんが多いイメージ。フロントの感じとても良い。また利用したい。朝食に肉系ほとんどない。

Pretty calm place. Hotel staff was nice.
Just one thing I was surprised is genitor has been swiping the floor until the breakfast.
Plates are piled 20cm up on the floor and those buffet pans are not covered.
Nobody wants to eat dusty breakfast.
Better than nothing tho.

Hotel was good clean convenient. Not too expensive!
Maybe breakfast can improve a little more.

Great hotel with excellent service. I was able to check-in shortly after noon. Big, well-equipped, comfortable and sunny studio with floor-to-ceiling window offering wonderful city view. Decent pool. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots and lots of choices. The restaurant and bar is very good, with inexpensive food and drinks. I was given a room with a door connected to another room, and privacy became an issue as it was super thin and let all the noises of the neighbors in; but the other aspects of the hotel were really great. The city park in front of the hotel is really nice and surrounded by restaurants, eateries and cafes, including an interesting dining complex across the road from the park which seemed to be open 24/7.

Best location Hotel in Surabaya near Bungkul

Overall its about how a 4 start hotel should not be. This was more like a 2 or a 3 star hotel.

Room was dirty, had to change bed sheet twice as there were dark big patch

Room service was a long wait on my first day around 40 minutes for a fried rice

Air conditioning in room was also bad, technician took whole 1 hour to repair, but the room was still warm after the repair.

Would not go to this hotel again.
