Food is where we can enjoy during BF, hopefully hotel can pay attention on this matters

Best hotel for my honeymoon due to the ambience so quite and relax, the staff helpful from check in, good breakfast, lovely romantic dinner and sweet little towel surprise in my room, thanks for memorable stay ❤️

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Verwood Hotel & Serviced Residence Surabaya. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is strategic, with easy access to restaurants and main roads. Facilities such as the swimming pool and gym were also well kept. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort and value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Surabaya.

私は不満はなかったですが、お金に余裕のある人はもう少し新しいホテルへ
Pros:

朝食。種類が豊富だし、素材が新鮮でした

Cons:

よくないというよりかは、施設が古いので壁やタイルの汚れは仕方ない。ベッドリネンも汚れはないものの香りは気になる人は気になるレベル

Not worth the money spent..Able to stay for those 3 nites merely because we just accepted its condition. But we will not

Cozy environment; spacious apartment; friendly staff both at reception and restaurant

Cons:

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment.

1. Apartment is not well kept- furniture fittings looks old and outdated..
a) the airconds are very old and not well maintain..noticed that living room aircond got water dripping and the remote control is not functioning well too ( can only switch on/off)
b) shower in bathroom is also quite old .. not thoroughly clean..likewise with toilet. In the master bedroom’s bathroom, there’s stagnant water on the floor.. could not drained out properly!
c) Towels are provided but are also quite “ old”.. the colour is no longer white 🤭🥴

2) No carpets in bedrooms. Not that comfortable especially when we want to place our praying mat for solat… 😢

3) Kitchen equipment also looks like it has been there for many2 years.. don’t think we could use it.. had to clean the hanger first before we could use it! Very dirty!

4. This apartment unit really need to be thoroughly clean..especially the middle bedroom!


Had reported those issues at the front office which they promply acted on it.. ie.. got the cleaner to clean the apartment properly. However the issues on stagnant water, old towels, airconds remained. Hotel owner need to really look into these matters ASAP..

Pros:

部屋の窓にカギ（ロック）が無く完全に閉める事が出来ないので外の騒音が入って来る。
風が強いと窓を閉めてあっても隙間が大きくなり外の騒音がかなりの音で聞こえて早朝のお祈りの音で起こされた。ロックはちゃんと着けて欲しい。
あと自分は固定のシャワーが嫌いなのでそれはちょっと困る。
スタッフ等　この2点以外は特に問題有りません。
