Pros:

-Great beach views.
-Close to patrolled beach.
-Close to Northcliffe Surf Club.
-2 min walk to Northcliffe Tram Station (only 2 stops to Cavill Avenue).
-Tidy outdoor area with a pool, spa, pickleball, basketball and handball.
The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms looked quite new and had modern appliances.
-The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, utensils etc.
-Lounge has a smart TV.
-Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes.
-Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

-There is lots of construction in the area (Apr 2026), so it can get a bit noisy.
-No outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the view on the balcony, only a small coffee table.
-Wifi isn't great (perhaps because the modem is located down in the main bedroom, far from the lounge area).
-I personally prefer there to be another interior lock on the apartment entry door for extra security at night. The security tag isn't needed in order to take the lift from the reception foyer, so it feels like random people could easily go up to the floors.
-The air con water overflows into a bucket on the balcony... I'm not sure if we were expected to empty it when it got full??? Dodgy looking bucket, so I didn't touch it.

Great location
Pros:

The place was in a great location, walking distance to Surfers etc.

Cons:

Car parking could be included not an addituonal charge. Parking on the coast is hard to come by, if you rent an apartment with an alloted carpark then the carpark should be included in the cost not an additional extra

Comfortable stay in a good location.

Good location, the pool was great and it was easy to access.

Cons:

The room was run down, but still nice, The car park is a little tight in places especially in a big car, but the staff were happy to facilitate a larger space

We had an amazing stay—comfortable, relaxing, and everything we hoped for.
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at Surfers Beachside Holiday Apartments. The apartment was clean and spacious, the location was super convenient, and everything we needed was close by. Great value for money—would happily stay again. Surfers Beachside Holiday Apartments! Great vibe, close to everything, and exactly what we needed.

Honestly, nothing could have been improved about our stay.

Not great but not horrible. Meh
Pros:

The location was wonderful. Just across from the beach, tram at the end of the street and walking distance to Cavil Ave.

Cons:

Out dated and not the best maintained. Tv in second bed room had a cracked screen and glad I took an image because shared when departing and had to show evidence it was time stamped image, main room had scratch on tv, tv not able be used due to no remote. Had air cons but no fans in roof just one rust old one in wardrobe of main room. Beds were only made with sheets, both shower heads old, windows dirty, curtains old and sheer curtains torn. Had all the making to be nice just was not maintained well. As a large group booking a few rooms the hygiene was not great through out. Mold visible in some, old used tea bags in draws. Not the worst I have stayed in but not the best. Construction was occurring around the units and this was not shard on booking. Was ok, wouldn’t run it down but wouldn’t recommend it either.
