Room was spacious and clean. Lots of amenities. Louise at the front desk very cheerful and helpful

The room was very spacious. Two balconies and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Louise at reception was very cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

A lot of construction going on in the area. This, however, is not the fault of the accommodation. Just sad to see how they are spoiling Surfers

Just the view and shower

Cons:

Everything else was so bad, the bed not comfortable. The room not clean the bathroom not clean. It does not contain any personal hygiene products, contrary to what was stated on the booking website. Dead cockroaches

The location was good, beachside and the balcony

Cons:

The apartment in general lacked cleaning, when we first entered, there was a big curry smell that shocked us along with some other odors. The kitchen utensils like pan were all worn out and old, couldn’t do a proper meal.
Fridge was dirty inside and some cabinets in the kitchen as well. The shower head had some sort of mould buildup and in general the apartment needs a good clean as well as painting the walls as they look old and fade. Wouldn’t stay there again for that price

Views & comfort, would highly rate this stay
Pros:

Comfortable apartment, fantastic views of both ocean & city. 5 min walk into Cavill Ave Surfers. Pool, spa,sauna & wonderful reception staff, Louise went above & beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable & comfortable stay. Highly recommend
