لاانصح اي شخص بالقدوم الى هذا الفندق لقد تعرضنا للسرقه نحن 3 اشخاص ب2500 دولار
عندما عدت الى غرفه كانت مقفله فوجتها مفتوحه واثنين من عمال التنظيف ينظفون بعد ان انهوا عملهم خرجوا وهم يسرقون المال لم انتبه وكنت لدي ثقه بهذا المنتجع ولكن للاسف خيب كل ظني تكلمت مع مدير الفندق وطلب اعاده الكاميرات ورأى اثنين من الاشخاص يدخلون الى الغرفه طلبوا ان نذهب الى مركز شرطه رفعنا شكوى لدى مركز الشرطه ولاكن لم يفعلو اي شي وبعد كثير من مناقشات وصلنا الى نتيجه لن يحدث اي شي
انه من المحزن ماحدث لنا وخسارة لنا هذا مبلغ الذي دمر رحلتنا القادمه واتلف برنامجنا سياحي
يجماعه لاتحجزون في هذا الفندق سوف تسرقون كونوا حذرين
وفي الصور وضعنا شكوى لدى مركز الشرطه

Αρκετά θεματα που τα γράφω στο τι δεν μου άρεσε.

Καθόλου καλό internet, κοβόταν συνέχεια και δεν μπορούσα να κάνω βιντεοκλήση και για αυτο δεν έμεινα παραπάνω
Όχι πολύ καθαρό. Οι πετσέτες δεν ηταν τοσο άσπρες, ειχαν γινει γκρι από την πολυκαιρία . Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν παλιά

It was simply magical.
Pros:

The entire experience was beautiful. The room, the grounds, the pools. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff was so kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Great location right in the middle of everything you want to see in Ubud.
Pros:

Everything was lovely. The staff was nice, the views were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

I would maybe consider blackout curtains. But, I’ve stayed here twice and I will stay here again, curtains, or no curtains.

Pros:

Vista sulle Risaie, posizione centrale in una delle vie principali di ubud, bella.piscina, personale gentile.

Cons:

Non avevano ombrelli per tutti gli ospiti e due mattine di seguito ho dovuto annullare i miei appuntamenti perché senza ombrello non potevo uscire dalla stanza.
A Bali tutte le strutture hanno gli ombrelli per gli ospiti, dire che sono finiti toglie libertà di movimento e un servizio fondamentale al cliente. Ogni stanza deve avere gli ombrelli senza neanche dover chiedere alla reception.
