Pros:

Frukosten var ok inte mer fanns inte så mkt att välja på. Läget var bra men det var de enda.

Cons:

Rummen var inte ordentligt städade, vi hittade gamla trosor på vårt rum samt blodiga lakan.
Rummet var klart 1,5h efter incheckning.

Un cadre idilique mais des chambres qui gagneraient en confort
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le cadre de l’établissement qui est vraiment exceptionnel

Cons:

Les équipements et le mobilier étaient un peu vieillot. Par exemple il n’y avait pas de prises à proximité des lits et les fenêtres avaient des rideaux mais pas de voilage pour permettre un peu d’intimité c’est dommage !

L’emplacement était top, calme avec un piscine agréable.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Il n’en avait pas et nous ont compté un supplément pour un lit complémentaire. C’est plus que moyen.

Hôtel catastrophique avec personnel qui a pour objectif de voler l’argent des coffres fort

Rien tout était catastrophique

Cons:

Tout, c’est un hôtel avec un personnel voleur , vol de plus de 2500 usd du coffre fort que j’avais fermé. Attention le personnel ont une 2 eme clé pour ouvrir les coffres des clients . Personnel désagréable, aucune empathie , semble être complice ensemble . Chambres très sales , aucun entretien , serviettes sales , literie aussi. Le petit déjeuné est immangeable, internet ne fonctionne quasiment pas . Le personnel est menteur , beaucoup de mensonges prétendant n’avoir aucun moyen d’ouvrir le coffre et l’incident s’est produit , le manager a avoué avoir un double des clés.
Ne recommande surtout pas cet hôtel , vacances en famille complètement gâché à cause de cet hôtel

Tranquil and serene surrounded by nature with traditional Balinese architecture, welcoming, caring, attentive and profes

The location was excellent for eateries and things to do

Cons:

There were many steps to the rooms where we were staying which was fine as we are all mobile and fit and healthy but people with limited mobility would not be able to access the accommodation if they wanted to choose the rooms or even to access the larger pool

Great value, great service, and would return!
Pros:

The facilities and staff are really wonderful. I loved my room with a double patio. Loved the very calm and chill pool area that faced a green area. Loved that I had a view of the rice patties and the pool area. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would definately recommend a stay here!

Cons:

Just be aware its a walk to get to the premium rooms from the lobby. Also, the club noise at night can be heard, bring some earplugs if youre sensitive, as this affects all UBUD area.

Pros:

Ich hatte erst ein älteres Zimmer. Nach kurzem Veto an der Rezeption habe ich dann problemlos ein renoviertes Zimmer beziehen können. Lage super man ist direkt in einer belebte Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Anlange trotzdem sehr ruhig da man einige Meter weg von der Straße zu seinem Zimmer läuft.

Cons:

Frühstück leider für den Preis nicht so toll. Keine große Auswahl. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption habe ich immerhin Pancakes bekommen.

The perfect place in Ubud
Pros:

So good, I cancelled my next location to extend another 4 nights! Everything just so amazing. All rooms are perfect with 4 poster beds, terrace, deposit boxes, kettle, TV etc etc. I was at the back, overlooking a lovely pool, fountain and the monkey forest. Add you walk from reception through the grounds you walk around a stunning rice field, lit up at night. There's 2 pools with sunbeds, a spa, restaurant and juice bar. Staff are so so so friendly nothing is too much trouble. It's in the heart on Monkey Forest street, with gorgeous restaurants and shops etc right outside the front. Perfect for solo, couples and families. I could triple the length of this review!!!! You seriously won't feel let down
