The room was spacious and clean. Overall, everything was great. However, the breakfast could benefit from more variety.

Grossly incompetent management
This hotel is mismanaged the check in experience was terrible they made me wait for 3 hours I came from a long trip with my family ruined our trip .
They had a clause that 48 percent of the booking amount would be forfeited if you leave , so you have to keep up with their bad management then I discovered that the rooms were vacated in the morning they took 3 hours to clean them really pathetic .The receptionist sadly has no say over the housekeeping which is like an independent country .
International guests were kept waiting , many customers were turned away .
At 900 SAR per night you expect at least to have a normal.checkin experience # never again

Room was near some AC’s out doors which are so noisy that it’s impossible to sleep.

Property is in a good location and the receptionist are polite and helpful, but room services pathetic they never pick up call and only when I complained in the reception. Did they make my room once in four days of my stay that also they did not replace any coffee or tea. Face towel was given only on request. It seems we have run out of service staff. Not worth spending, USD 100 per night. On business trip, we become tired, and when we see the bed same as I left in the morning, it is depressing. I felt like I was staying in an apartment rather than a four star hotel.

Very welcoming, would stay again. Reception very helpful.
Room was not clean- only 1 towel provided- no hand towel. Carpets are very dirty in rooms and corridors. We did not receive any discount on the one occasion that we ate in the restaurant.

Neighbourhood: good, quiet n pleasant
