Personeel was heel vriendelijk

Cons:

Lakens bed smoezelig en aan vernieuwing toe. Badkamer wel schoongemaakt maar voldeed niet aan verwachting. Alleen heet water voor bad dus niet te gebruiken. Kraan wastafel bungelde los. Moest altijd met de trap waarschijnlijk ivm renovatie. Wat het meest stoorde was het verschrikkelijke lawaai de hele nacht van de autos en motoren die langs raasde. Amper een oog dichtgedaan.

Lovely brother property in a great location would benefit with a bit of hallway carpet rejuvenation.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, heritage building

Cons:

Carpet in the hall way needs rejuvenation. It's seen a cleaner life long time ago.
A new shower head in the bath room could make the stay much better.
It seems that small hands towel is not provided as standard to the room.

Dirty 4 starts hotel!!!!
Pros:

Very dirty for a 4-star hotel.

I booked 8 rooms from December 20-23. The rooms were very old and dirty. Toilets were outdated, and the carpet was not clean. On my bed, I saw a bloodstain. It was so dirty, especially since the price was also very expensive.

Not worth it!

The towels and bath mat looked used and stained, our sheets had stains on them as if they kept them on from the last visitors (we asked for them to change them but the new ones weren't clean either), outdated (bath)room, tiny light and fan switches, dirty pillows....

Nostalgic hotel. Staff are always friendly and courteous.
Pros:

Old colonial architecture

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovation so the usual restoration and swimming pool are not available.
Going to the room has to go out side. It was raining so we got wet.

Lokasinya yg tengah kota memudhkam kmana2, staf yg sngat2 ramah jg suasana hotelnya yg bersih dan wangi

Tv di kmar kynya hrus di gnti suara tv nya sember tdk enak di dngarnya dan ukuran tv yg kecil dgn kamar yg luas sehingga nonton dr tmpt tidur or dr sofa tdk begitu terlihat jelas

Goed ontbijt. Goede locatie

Cons:

Mooi zwembad, maar geen banken om bij het zwembad te kunnen liggen. Ik ben hier wel eerder geweest en toen waren er wel banken.

Verouderd hotel, geen ligstoelen ibis zwembad, zwembad-handdoeken moeten zoeken in een kast, moeilijk doen bij drankjes op kamernummer, alles op de kamer is oud, losse toilet, vieze tapijten, oude handdoeken op de kamer.
Is zo oud dat er een brievenbus in de kamerdeur zit waar het woord “brieven” op staat. Kan nostalgie zijn maar gezien de veroudering denk ik dat niet.
Veel personeel spreekt niet of nauwelijks Engels, niet goed voor een internationaal hotel.

Best experience but need improvement
Pros:

great experience at the hotel. all staffs are polite and helpful especially Mr Sugema (sorry if got the name wrong) and friends.
The only drawback was my room near the main road. It was too noisy and I cannot sleep at night
