A four day stay
Pros:

The apartment was clean, well presented, with good facilities. Separate bathroom, bedroom, laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge. It also had a deck , which was great for a sunny morning coffee. There was ample storage in the bedroom and kitchen for a longer stay. The apartment was handy to the city and there are restaurants and bars very close by. There is also complementary parking under the building and a nice pool and spa visible from our deck. Overall it was very good value for money.

Cons:

A basic information card in the room noting where garbage can be dumped, airconditioning operation, reminders of opening times for reception and the facilities and similar basic information would be good.

It had most things that we needed. Location was good. Shower water pressure was great.

Cons:

No channel 7 stations available on the TV and remote control has seen better days. The dryer was full of lint and didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while. Same with the washing machine - it was mouldy. The bathroom sink clogged up and didn't drain well. The floor corners in the bathroom were quite dirty. One of the floors above cleaned/swept their balcony and it all come down to our outdoor area right outside the door.

The facilities are not the most modern but the location, price and friendly helpful staff make up for it.
Pros:

Great location to restaurants, shopping and train station, affordable price and staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facilities in the room weren’t as good as the last time we stayed here. Air conditioning not working and the free standing air conditioning provided kept cutting in and out. The window wasn’t sealed due to the air conditioning vent needing to be outside the window. It was a bit noisier than our last stay.
