最後のスキーは花粉にやられました
Pros:

部屋が広くてきれい

Cons:

景色はあまり良くなかった。翌日、ノークリーンの札を下げていたにもかかわらず、清掃の人が鍵を開けて入ってきたのは、びっくりした。

A phenomenal stay!
Pros:

Everything! Starting with the 5 minute hotel shuttle bus ride from the train station everything was exceptional for me. The staff especially Ms. Nakabayashi were terrific. I stayed in the very spacious and super clean junior suite and loved the room. The hotel offers a selection of restaurant choices serving a variety of cuisines. Just be sure to inquire about reservation times. The buffet breakfast was copious as was the dinner buffet. There is a fitness room and an indoor pool. The onsen was excellent after all day on the ski slopes. I reserved in advance by phone rental ski boots in my large size. They provided new, very comfortable boots and skis. The convenience to the mountain and all the services available couldn't be better. I've skied at and enjoyed various resorts in Niigata, but will definitely return to NASPA soon. Thank you all.

Cons:

I'm not sure if the 1,500 yen charge included both the pool and fitness room at the same time or just the room that I used for some weight training. I can understand a fee for pool maintenance, but don't see why it's that expensive for the training room. I would have no problem paying a one time fee for use during the stay, but 1,500 each time seems a bit excessive.

しいて言えば
スキー、ブーツの雪払い
入り口に欲しいです
ひとつ　ぶら下がってましたが　どうやって
使うのか届かないとこにあり　笑うしかありませんでした

房間跟溫泉區都非常棒，這次帶著一歲多小孩入住，雖然飯店旁有雪場，但似乎不太適合一歲多幼兒玩雪，另外飯店附贈的兒童遊戲區設施非常簡單，與原本想像的不同，如果孩子還不會滑雪的話可能不太適合住這間飯店

Great location, spacious rooms. Would return.
Pros:

Great location. Large rooms. Great option for ski in/out. Ability to hire ski equipment and access to lessons onsite.

Cons:

Few affordable options for dining. Shuttle bus stopped at 7pm, leaving us to head to town for early dinner.
No ability to use streaming services for television.
