Suitable for near Hoan Kiem Lake.
Pros:

Close to my favorite Hoan Kiem lake and a few shows on the weekends

Pros:

Location was great, by the lake and in the old quarter with all the shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with taxis etc. Rooms ok and had own bathrooms and kettle, TV etc.

Cons:

Hotel a bit run down, needs updating, decorating, floors need re doing

Outdated pictures on Booking.com!!
Pros:

Pictures listed on Booking.com. I know anywhere near what their rooms are actually like. This was one of the worst stays I have had in a long time. The beds are absolutely ridiculously hard. I am not even joking. It is probably softer to sleep on the floor. The bathroom is rundown and most of the rooms need a massive facelift.

Cons:

Just be aware that the pictures on the website are very outdated. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The bed is absolutely ridiculously hard and it would be softer to sleep on the floor with some of your clothes from your suitcase.
