Very disappointed about room location as opposed to the advertised room offered.

Advertised Paying for a Beachside Apartment and receiving Apartment 202 which by your standards , may have quantified your assessment of what you
perceive as Beachside in your ad, certainly leaves
a 'lot too be desired", upon your assumption on
Beachside views.

Not the best.
Pros:

Location but it was noisy.

Cons:

Paid for a Beachview, no view - overlooking other apartments. When sitting on the balcony it was like being on display no privacy.
No air cond in bedroom and the fan on full, was ridiculous. Just hot air and couldn't open any windows or doors due to no fly screens, got bitten by mozzies and the noise couldn't be cancelled out. Really had a rather disappointed stay. Overpriced and needs a refurb, old furniture. It doesn't cost much to buy a decent lounge/sofas - for comfort and hygiene.
Towels were filthy and had to ask for more.

Enjoyable short stay in a great location at a very reasonable price!
Pros:

Belaire is very central to everything! .. easy walking distance to eateries, shops, the beach & walkways! .. apartment was spacious with a large balcony! .. Craig was very friendly & helpful!

Cons:

Room 103 apartment had basic kitchen set-up to be self sufficient, there was a small bar fridge.

Would definently stay again but on a higher level for a better water view.

The location to the beach,shops, and easy to use walking tracks beachside.

Cons:

We were on level we had a bit of beach view but it was very noisey the resturant in front of the unit was closing down and they had a water blaster going Friday and Sunday.
