I went to full circle for breakfast it was delicious.
No interconnected rooms were provided for my friend and I.
Location was walkable to restaurants and shopping , free parking and great view of Kootenay lake from room
We loved the location as it was very close to downtown and all the fun shops and restaurants. The hotel is quaint and features a bar that has great food and happy hour specials, while also offering free pool and shuffleboard.
NA
Just everything, especially the friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. Thanks to everybody.
Nothing comes to mind.
Staff was friendly. Very clean room
Location is right in the Centre of town so it is very close to everything.
My room was right above a bar or restaurant or something like that , music played quite loud until late. People's voices were loud enough that you could almost make out what they were saying. The worst thing was the a/c or heat exchanger it was very loud and ran almost continuously. Maybe other rooms were not so loud but the rooms on the first floor above the lobby were like that
moved us to another room, staff was super friendly
woke up to propane smell in our room, didnt seem like staff was going to investigate very much and upon waking up was then told that they couldnt smell it.
Location, price, staff
Great location, great food and coffee close by
Room small but clean, great location, front desk staff very helpful. Appreciated voucher for discount at pub on site.
No parking spots left in back lot, need more parking spaces for size of hotel.
The dry sauna was an amazing bonus we didn’t expect, great location right downtown with a bar/restaurant attached and super kind staff! Not to mention pet friendly since we were travelling with our small dog:)
The room was fine, but the air conditioning was excellent. It was a very hot weekend, so that was really great. I also like that there is a bar attached to the lobby.
There's an extra pillow in a plastic zippered bag. We grabbed it for a little extra padding while watching TV, only to discover it was covered in blood. It looks like someone had a nosebleed and swapped the pillow to avoid a charge. I told staff and, while the front desk person appeared horrified, they did nothing to make it up to us. I don't expect my room for free, but I do expect maybe a drink from the bar or something minimal like that. When the guy brought a new pillow, I had to remind him to take the bloody one. Very underwhelming.
Also, I'd avoid the coffee shop. The staff there seemed entirely checked out, it took forever to get anything, and everything was just ok.
No beds housekeeping on second day.
Spotlessly clean room, brick wall in the room, cool old renovated & updated building, location, great coffee shop next door.
