Konum gayet merkezi. Otel gayet konforlu.Tek bir beyefendi resepsiyonda çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Cons:

Diğer resepsiyonşst hanımefendiler malesef hem sorun çözemiyor hem de güler yüz ve hitap eksikti. Odamızda her sabah 8 de soğan kavrulmuş gibi kokular vardı. Bir şey yapılmadı. Kargomuzn teslim alınmasını istemiştik geri gönderildi. Çok uğraştırdı bizi.

Tesisin çalışanları için teşekkür ederiz. Başta Rezervasyon Depertman Eren bey, Önbüroda Onur bey F&b Asistanlarından Alper beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Konaklamamızın ve işlerimizin aksamaması için her zaman yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Tesisin odaları biraz tadilat gerektirmekte yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Pros:

Firstly I need to mention that the reception team is beneficial kind and professional.

Also, Spa highly recommend Turkish hamam with Mr Huseyin he's very professional and takes all your stress out.
Also, Mrs Siska is an amazing therapist her hand gives you extreme relaxation.
Spa receptionist Mr Eyupcan is very kind professional and always ready for help.

Still trust the Divan brand but in this location must pay attention to the housekeeping department because it's the only my unhappy, but when I spoke with the GM he kindly take care of me.

Location is good enough old town not walking distance but not far at all either.

Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok güzel, bildiğimiz kaliteli Divan kahvaltısı+ Antep farkı olarak ciğer de mevcuttu. Oda yeterince genişti.

Cons:

Tuvaletin kapısı şişmişti kapanmıyordu, banyoda tek kullanımlıl diş fırçası vs olmasını beklerdim yoktu. Yerde bizim bulduğumuz bir küpe oldu, oda tam temizlenmemiş mi şüphesi uyandırdı. Divan olduğundan belki beklentim biraz daha fazlaydı, daha kaliteli bir oda deneyimi yaşamaktı, fakat çok ortalama bir otelden farkı olmayan bir deneyim oldu, bu nedenle fiyat fayda dengesi iyi değildi, 3 bin lira ayarında bir otelde de rahatlıkla aynı imkanlarda kalıyor olurduk.
