The beach area is glorious. The hotel itself is a huge let down. It’s dated, not particularly clean and my room smells of cabbage and everything is very old. Sink tap moves around - you need to hold it to turn it on/off. Horrible tiny balconies which you can’t see over once you sit on one of the two folded chairs. No table. Views are to car park one side and flat top roof and main road the other. Lunch was delicious - dinner quite disgusting. Very salty. Staff cleared it away before the advertised end time. All in all stay for the beach but don’t get your hopes up for the hotel itself. As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly.

From the first moment we felt an amazing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, varied and fresh. The service was fantastic, smiling, took care of every detail. We met a lot of fantastic
people from the restaurant manager Mr. Murat who took care of us , asked if everything was okay . The bartenders Ahmet, Özkan and the bar captain Osman were great people, there was a lot of great fun laughing and delicious drinks with them. Not forgetting the animators, who provide a lot of great fun. However, with the bar captain Osman, we spent the most time with my boyfriend, he is a wonderful person, he is very nice and helpful, many hours of talking, lots of laughter and souvenir photos.
I highly recommend this hotel is gorgeous, clean, well-kept in an ideal location.
I will definitely come back here again, this place stole my heart, I didn't want to go home.

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉). Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone or anything. Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best.
The hotel and bar staff are excellent.
If you need something at the bar just ask Osman he’s very nice and helpful 😊

While my stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, there are a few significant areas that require management's immediate attention.
Firstly, both the rooms and the food need considerable improvement.
The rooms are quite basic and feel dated. Maintenance issues were noticeable, and a thorough renovation and upgrade of the furnishings are long overdue. A focus on better cleanliness and modernization would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Secondly, the food quality and variety in the restaurant were disappointing. Meals were often bland and repetitive. Improving the culinary offerings—perhaps by hiring new chefs or diversifying the menu—is essential if the hotel aims for a higher standard.
However, the standout highlight of our entire trip was the truly exceptional service provided by Captain Osman. He is an incredibly helpful and kind individual who went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and their needs were met. Whether it was assisting with luggage, giving local recommendations, or simply offering a warm smile, Captain Osman is a fantastic asset to this hotel and a true example of five-star hospitality.
In summary: If the hotel invests in upgrading its physical facilities and culinary program, it has the potential to be a great place to stay. Until then, Captain Osman's incredible service is the main reason I would consider returning.

The beach was beautiful — it’s a bit of a walk from the hotel, but with the stunning views along the way, it’s definitely not a downside.

The rooms could use some renovation and there are a few small issues, but nothing that ruined our experience.

What really made this place special was the wonderful team working here. We would definitely come back just for the people!

everything was good, beach was was amazing. Room is was lutlle bit old and they need regulation and pool bar captain Osman he always ask me us if we are Okey and he was was very helpful and if you have o. problem just ask him

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the beach is nice, and the lunches served there are delicious. The bar chef Osman is friendly and helpful. I RECOMMEND IT!

During our stay, everything was fine. The food was delicious, with a wide selection. There's a gentleman at the hotel named Osman who keeps the bar and dining room tidy and is helpful in resolving various issues. He makes the stay more enjoyable for guests.

The stay was excellent! A very pleasant place, very friendly and helpful staff, the food... oh my! DELICIOUS! A huge selection - everyone will find something for themselves :) And bar captain Osman was very helpful and took excellent care of our comfort every evening :)

The Hotel was very nice. Ww chose it over good reviews for people with children and we agree that the place was great. I just must admit that the people in the hotel were really nice and devoted to do as much as possible to make the stay great. We liked everyone, the waiters, cooks, and for sure voleyball with Yusuf.

The hotel rooms are old, it is one of the oldest hotels in the region, the price performance is great, the beach, drinks and food are very good for a 3-star hotel.

My children like animators (Sam and Sunny). Aqua aerobik, dart, mini disco is so good.
Barmans (Ozkan and Ali) doing perfects drinks and remember favorite drinks.
There is a large selection of food and it is tasty.
Room is clean and the level of finishing is average.
Problems we encountered:
no free seats in the beach restaurant,
smell of damp in the room

Sural Garden Hotel in Side is a great place to relax. The food is very good – fresh, varied, and tasty. The service is of a high standard, always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the manager Murat, who takes great care of the guests with real dedication. Clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere. A big advantage is the hotel’s excellent location – just a short walk to the sea.
Highly recommended.

We cannot believe that this gem of a hotel has any bad reviews ignore them!
We arrived 10pm very tired and hungry.
We were greeted as we got off the coach and our cases were taken from us ready to take to our room We checked in very quickly and everything explained clearly. We explained we hadn't eaten the lovely man on reception said don't worry we hv a meal for u. We went to our room with a lovely man he took our cases . He set the air conditioning to temp we wanted works perfectly.
We were then taken to the restaurant and sat down with a drink and a beautiful Greek salad.
We were told as we were here for 2 weeks we coukd book 2 ala carte meals free.
We hvnt yet as only been here a few days.
The room is spotless and cleaned the next day after we arrived.
We were given a card for free beach towels which was great as we forgot ours!!
Grounds are beautiful soo green and a beautiful walk to the beach 5mins. The restaurant is on the beach and serves lunch . Plates taken away as soon as u finish your mealThe food was delicious and such a choice.lovely food cooked in the pizza oven and lady making crepes on the hot stone.a lovely open restaurant at the sides and fans in the roof so relaxing and cool. Open for drinks 10 til 5.
Beautiful setting. Beach beautiful and you can walk a long way along the shoreline. Lots of water sports.
Our first night didn't sleep too well as had only 1 pillow each .asked for 2 more the next evening and they brought it to us in 5mins!
Breakfast was wonderful . Rrstaurant lovely.Fresh cooked fried eggs scrambled and omelette and pancakes. Soo much fruit at every meal amazing salads and great chefs. Evening meal also great and they serve u with your drinks.
Booked a Turkish massage for 30 euros.
Beer good hvnt tried the wine . Spirits as usual in all inclusive not great but the baileys is original.
The gardens are kept soo well. CommunalToilets spotless.
There is a large adult pool plus 1 with slides and a little 1 for toddlers.lifeguard present Very clean pool. Sunbeds all hv canopys over them. Lovely seating area at night and entertainment at night has been good so far. The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you.
There are shops and bazaars 10 to 15min walk away
Hope this reassures anyone that has doubts the best all inclusive we hv stayed in. Far better than the 4 star hotels we hv stayed in! This should be at least 4stars .

+ the food is ok, especially the food prepared on the grill on the terrace,
+ the beach bar is very nice, especially the fresh pizza from the wood-fired oven,
+ great beach just a few minutes from the hotel, with always available sun loungers,

We were in room 570, it's a family room.
- the air conditioning had a lot of trouble cooling the mezzanine, it was simply hot there,
- several times there was no water in the tap, we had to wait to take a shower,
- the balcony door did not close,
- the cleanliness of the towels, the cleanliness of the floors in the room, in the restaurant and around the pool was not the highest (a few ants around the pool), but you could always replace the towel with another one.
- deckchairs, tables, chairs and other furniture were heavily worn,
+ free sunbeds by the pool were harder to find than on the beach, but if you looked for them and rearranged the tables and other sunbeds, it was ok.
Everyone in the hotel, the waiters, the guest relations lady and the restaurant staff, are very nice and helpful. A strange situation at check-in, the gentleman at the reception wanted a tip for the room we had booked...
