Af et 4 stjernet hotel - skuffende - men rent og pænt allevegne og personalet flinke og hjælpesomme

Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme i alle retninger.

Cons:

Af et 4 stjernet hotel var det en utrolig dårlig restaurant - kold og forståeligt ikke mange kunder - maden var heller ikke noget man kunne blive begejstret over.

Pros:

Аккуратный номер с видом на внутренний дворик, но фото не соответствует действительности, ремонт довольно не новый. Приятный персонал.

Cons:

Номер около проходной двери на лестницу, её на ночь закрывают и кто-то всю ночь ходил туда сюда и очень громко стучали этой дверью, мы были с собакой и она постоянно вскакивала и начинала лаять из-за этого ночного шума. Лучше не закрывайте вообще эту дверь на ночь. Завтрак был просто ужасный, впервые в Польше я встречаю такой завтрак, учитывая наличие ресторана в отеле и мы там вечером поужинали и остались довольны. На завтрак были все обветренные овощи, половинки сосисок, половинки отварных яиц с майонезом, небольшой выбор мясной нарезки и сыров не первой свежести, йогурт и ужасный кофе.

4 stars hotel, really?
Pros:

They at least upgraded the room following the argument about my dog, which was a nice gesture.

Cons:

Being asked when check-in to pay extra because my dog is too 'big'. Room was reserved ahead with pets, there's no mention anywhere about a price difference according to the weight of the dog.
Restaurant's food was good, but waited 45min for my order, there were only 2 tables at the time, so not really a busy time.
Breakfast buffet not worth the price.
Smokers under the window means you can't keep the window open.

Hotel ogólnie bardzo ładny, estetyczny. Obsługa bardzo miła, wszystkie informacje odnośnie hotelu zostały Nam przekazane.

Cons:

Jedynym mankamentem było to, że po wejściu do pokoju strasznie było czuć kanalizację- niestety przez dłuższy czas nie można było się pozbyć tego zapachu. Dopiero wieczorem przestało. Proponuję dokładnie wietrzyć pokoje przed ewentualną wizytą gości. Poz tym wszystko ok.

Pros:

Очень приятно была удивлена, отель небольшой, но очень уютный, чистенько, и работают приятные люди, удобное место расположения . Можно добраться на такси от станции Варшава западная за 30 злотых, и до аэропорта ехать 10 минут , прекрасный завтрак 👍

Niestety jeden z gorszych noclegów jaki zarezerwowałam w ostatnich latach
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko miejsca szkoleniowego.

Cons:

W obiekcie czułam się jak w hotelu pracowniczym. Głośne imprezy nocne w pokojach obok. Szuranie łóżkami, przewracające się butelki, trzaskanie drzwiami. Wszystko niesie się przez drzwi. A rano po wymeldowaniu głośnych Panów, od razu weszły Panie sprzątające i szurały wszystkim z powrotem, trzaskały drzwiami i krzyczały między pokojami (mniej więcej chwilę po 7 rano) patrząc na to że nocleg rezerwowałam między 2 dniami szkoleniowymi to oceniam to bardzo negatywnie.
W pokoju brzydki zapach. Pokoje mocno zdezelowane jak na 4*

Piękne malownicze miejsce z wyjątkowym ogrodem w środku i wyśmienitym jedzeniem. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Wystrój ciekawy i schludny. Pokój spełnił oczekiwania.
