Important information:

As an essential security measure to protect both our guests and our hotel guests may be required to present valid identification upon check in.
All guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by adult.
In the situation where a reservation was booked online, and the guest cannot provide valid ID or that ID states that the guest is under the age of 18 years of age, the hotel has right to refuse admission.
As a security measure and to prevent any potential fraudulent transactions the credit card given at the time of booking must be the same card that is produced at the time of check in with the appropriate guests name on the card.

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information.
10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stay was good,we have stayed here before and found it to be well operated!!

Cons:

Samsung tv was good,but you should put a description beside the remote to explain how it works!
Had to get one of your staff to explain how it works,I have a Samsung tv at home that is far easier to use!!

We will be back!!!! Comfortable and warm room, friendly staff and delicious food.
Pros:

The girl on reception that I met on arrival was very welcoming and friendly. We opted for breakfast and paid at the hotel. The girls at the breakfast were lovely and very helpful. The food was delicious. Loads of variety. Hot buffet was hot and fresh. Pastries were very tasty.
Unfortunately, we were at a funeral the evening we stayed and we got back late so didn’t get to enjoy dinner there.

Cons:

Everything was really good!

Girly getaway break 💕💕
Pros:

We did the girly getaway overnight on Thursday Feb 26 th , we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay , the food was amazing, staff were so friendly and looked after us so well 🙏the rooms were lovely , bright & airy & gorgeous view , we will most definitely be back. Thanks again for a very memorable stay

Lovely 2 night social stay in Clonmel.
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. I’m a veggie coeliac and I was catered for extremely well. Knowledgeable and understanding staff.
