As an essential security measure to protect both our guests and our hotel guests may be required to present valid identification upon check in.
All guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by adult.
In the situation where a reservation was booked online, and the guest cannot provide valid ID or that ID states that the guest is under the age of 18 years of age, the hotel has right to refuse admission.
As a security measure and to prevent any potential fraudulent transactions the credit card given at the time of booking must be the same card that is produced at the time of check in with the appropriate guests name on the card.
Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information.
10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Location. Parking. Friendly & efficient check in. Good size rooms. Good Bar/restaurant.
It’s a lovely place to stay but there was a function - Debs? & we were kept awake by people next door constantly knocking on the door coming & going until 3am!!!
And room very stuffy at night. Fan provided but still warm & the window only opens an inch. (I know for safety purposes)
We had a comfortable room and were provided with a secure place to leave our bicycles overnight. Breakfast was good.
On the outskirts of Clonmel, so not great if you are thinking of wandering into town in the evening or using it as a base to explore the town.

The room was too hot and there was no way to cool it down
There was very loud music which went on until 02.00.
The quality of service we received in the bar/ restaurant and the food was very nice got plenty
We couldn't get tv to work it wouldn't cast from mobile to TV at all so no TV its better to have a TV where you could just log into the services yourself and the bed was abit hard for me
Check-in not til 3.
Clean and modern spacious rooms
Not great views if at the back of the hotel, a little noisy if at the front.
There was no AC
First time to visit and i was really amazed,staff very friendly.food great and not expensive,room was spotless bed very comfortable, breakfast really nice and plenty of choices, i will visit again soon
Do not serve Heineken 00 in Coors glasses doesn't look good for someone drinking 00
