Das ganze Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Schon vor dem Eingang sieht man die Laubhügel, die sich dann natürlich im ganzen Hot
Pros:

Die Lage an sich war sehr gut, aber es war vollkommen unmöglich, in dieser Gegend zu parken.

Cons:

Es gab keinerlei Zimmerservice. In den drei Tagen, die wir dort waren, ist uns einmal ein Zimmermädchen über den Weg gelaufen. Die Rezeption ist quasi immer geschlossen.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage und sehr kurzer Weg zur U-/S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber , das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Ein Kaffeeautomat und/ oder Snackautomat wäre super. Das Einchecken mit der Reinigungskraft lief etwas holprig, da sie erst kurz dort arbeitet und eine Verständigung nur auf Englisch möglich war.

Pros:

Der Raum war trotz Hitze draußen schön kühl. das wir drei betten zur Verfügung hatten war super.

Cons:

Der Schrank war kaputt, die Kissenbezüge waren kaputt, die Vorhänge waren zerrissen, die Matratzen waren alt und die Oberfläche unangenehm. Der Couchtisch war eigentlich nicht zu benutzen.
Durch die lauten Feuerschutztüren, wurden wir oft wach

Trotz des günstigen Preises von 69€ würden wir nicht nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Es wirkte unsauber, das Badezimmer und das Mobiliar sind doch stark in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Fliesen- und Silikonfugen im Duschbereich sind ziemlich spakig.

2 rooms no Windows ground floor, with scaffolding in front of the only window.
Extremely dirty, dark and expensive. It’s a room we had to pay not more than 50 euro. Pure scam.

Heruntergekommene Unterkunft, die den Namen Hotel nicht tragen dürfte

Ruhig, Nähe zur U- und S-Bahn. Zimmergröße.

Cons:

Sauberkeit. Vor allem im Bad sehr dreckig. Armaturen, Toilette, Waschtisch, Boden, Tür, Fliesen wiesen Spuren vieler Vorgänger auf. Couchtisch dreckig, Fußboden unter dem Bett verstaubt, Kleiderschrank fiel fast auseinander. Wandspiegel voller Farbspritzer. Fenster verdreckt. Das ganze Haus macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Damit war der Preis mit 100€ pro Nacht (Einzelperson) völlig überzogen.
