We loved the location of the property. The parking included was fantastic. We felt safe knowing it was secure. The size of our apartment was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Lounges were super comfortable. Washing machine and dryer were perfect for our needs. The view of the park was beautiful.
The main bed was a bit uncomfortable. A mattress topper would be an awesome addition to it.

Amazing location, great staff to help us get checked in and helped with any questions, comfortable and had everything we needed, great car parking facilities and lovely view.
There was a leak in the laundry which was resolved by staff, the towels provided had stains, there was a loud noise every night outside of the main bedroom (it was like something was running like a pump) which made it hard to sleep, I recommend a block out blind in the main room as the sun woke us up early, the vent on the front of the dryer would fall off when used. These are recommendations to help, we had a great stay and would return.

bedroom 2 was very small for 2 people. The blinds didn’t work very well and the air conditioning kept shutting off at night.
Lovely apartment, spacious, clean with a great view from the balcony of the pool, city and Glebe Park. Canberra City Centre , restaurants and shopping across the road so very convenient and only a short drive to the Australian National Museum, War Memorial, Questacon, Parliament House and the Dinosaur Museum. We really enjoyed our stay!
It was a building site - no advance notice.
The location is in the heart of Canberra. You can walk to almost everywhere from here. The local area contains a supermarket, loads of excellent restaurants, and plenty of parks. Pool (once heated) was great. Gym is good.
There was major renovation going on during our stay. We were not notified of this before our visit. This meant builders had to access the property twice during the stay and there was always building noise during the day. At night it wasn't an issue. This should be completed by mid 2023, but beware. We were also required to vacate the carpark so that it could be cleaned. We had to pay $20 for parking at another carpark. Was was probably an unlucky annual event, but still it was time and money we had to bear. The pool is only heated daylight savings, so was freezing until 30th Sept, but once heated was delightful.
The apartment is nice home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to cook several of our meals instead of having to eat out for every meal. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean.
The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is near the Commonwealth Park which is great for attending Floriade. It is right next to a park and the playground was a hit with my toddler. It is next to the Canberra Centre which is great for buying groceries and eating out.
The two downsides of the apartment is that the sound proofing is not very good and the blinds do not block out the streetlights very well.
People talking at street level can be heard in the apartment in the quiet of the night. Trucks, buses, and noisy hoons, who modify their cars for maximum noise, can make it hard to sleep. Fortunately, it was only really bad on the Sunday before the Labour day public holiday. The rest of the stay was reasonably quiet and not so bad.
On that note, those who require silence and darkness to sleep might want to consider packing a good set of ear plugs and eye masks.
The amenities and location were exceptional.
Nothing negative to comment on.
