Amazing location, fantastic friendly staff always smiling and making our stay fantastic. Great food - both Indonesian delight and Western fare, big pool, decent gym, and plenty of other facilities. Perfect for a weekend mini-vacation or for business.

All staff were helpful and friendly. We were picked up free of charge from the Whoosh station and were granted early check-in as well as a one-hour late check-out (subject to availability). They even provided a complimentary cake for my mother’s birthday and wrote a birthday note on the mirror despite the short notice. The facilities for kids were excellent and all complimentary, including one hour of bicycle rental. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including local favorites such as batagor, cilok, and cuanki. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mason Pine.

Everything is Great! Kids are very happy!
The breakfast is over crowded, and we have to wait for our tables. The crowds make us can't enjoy our breakfast.
So much choice at breakfast - marvellous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and pool. Very luxurious and interesting building and gardens with lots of different places to relax. Spa was good too.
We had a great event at Mason Pine Hotel — cozy, well-run, and everything went smoothly. Big thanks to the team for making it so easy. Special shoutout to Mas Apin from Sales — super helpful, quick to respond, and really friendly. Would happily come back and recommend Mason Pine Hotel to others!
