So much choice at breakfast - marvellous. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and pool. Very luxurious and interesting building and gardens with lots of different places to relax. Spa was good too.

having great time staying here..so many activities for the kids..and most of it are free😄 so while waiting check in time, kids can do face painting, slime time, coloring..the staff also very informatif

This hotel close to Bandung city is a very good hotel for family with children. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, clean and well maintained. Each room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, kid activities area as well as the mountainous area of Bandung. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices and they even had a special area for kids too pick their favorite breakfast meals. Kids pool was heated, very convenient to play the water slides while the pool for adults is probably Olympic size but with a resort vibe. Indoor playground was a real treat for the kids to play. If you want to try restaurants outside the hotel, just cross the road and you can find so many nice restaurants to choose from. We had a very great time and will come back one day !

Good breakfast
I do like this hotel however the hotel lobby was quite large, larger than any hotels I’ve stayed and the location of the room from the lobby was quite distant and to be honest I had problem finding the elevator to my room because it was quite far from the lobby I had to ask staff a few times how to locate it
I would love to see signs to indicate where the elevator to the room is
The breakfast choices were good and the location is lovely as outside the crowded city.
On the final night we asked at the help desk for a 6am alarm call and transport to the Whoosh station. The staff assured it would be sorted but in the morning there was no alarm call and a taxi had to be organised at the last minute.
