Wij hebben genoten van het uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
Pros:

Een prachtig appartement met een zeer ruim en overdekt balkon.
Het was schoon, prima bed, fijne douche en prachtig uitzicht over de haven en wat verder de zee richting Cadiz.
Weinig of geen muggen zodat je tot in de de late uurtjes buiten kan zitten.

Cons:

Er zijn bijna altijd omgevingsgeluiden en vooral in de avond kan dit storend zijn.
Kussens op het balkonmeubilair zijn aan vervanging toe.

Super Aussicht auf den Hafen. Sehr schöne lounge auf der Terrasse. Voll ausgestattetes appartement incl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.

Cons:

Am letzten Tag war neben uns eine Männer Gruppe da wars schon etwas lauter. Aber bei geschlossener Terrassen Tür war nichts mehr zu hören. Kein wirkliches Problem aber ohne wäre es perfekt gewesen..

Mucha Calidad a un precio muy asequible
Pros:

El alojamiento ha sido espectacular, viajo mucho por trabajo y sin dudas es de los merojes apartamentos en los que he estado, sin duda un 10 en limpieza, vistas,atencion y demas.

Herausragende Lage! Wir würden nur wiederkommen wenn Investiert wurde.
Pros:

Unglaublich schöne Lage & die große Dachterrasse ist sehr beeindruckend. Das ist definitiv das Juwel der Location. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sehr praktisch & auch notwendig.
Die Wohnung war sauber, und ist auch jeden Tag gereinigt worden.

Cons:

Leider ist das Equipment, Couch, Bett, Bad etc. alles in die Jahre gekommen. Ich kann +9 Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Küche war eine Herausforderung, der Abfluss hat sehr gerochen, die Waschmaschine war auf Grund des Geruchs überhaupt nicht zu nutzen.
Es wäre zu empfehlen, 50€/Nacht mehr zu nehmen und das Geld in Renovierung, neue Möbel, Updated Küche & saubere Rohre zu investieren.
