Enttäuschter Gast
Pros:

Die Lage ist super man brauch vom Bahnhof gerade mal 5 min zum Hotel.

Cons:

Wir waren im Dezember bereits in diesem Hotel damals gab es einige Probleme: defekter Duschkopf, kaputter Fernseher, beschädigte Bettwäsche und kein glutenfreies Frühstück, obwohl ich mehrfach darum gebeten hatte. Ich dachte mir, Fehler passieren, und gab dem Hotel im März eine zweite Chance. Leider wurde ich erneut enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber deutlich abgewohnt: Das Kunstleder am Bett löste sich ab, der Tisch hatte Flecken, und der Sessel war unansehnlich. Das Bad war extrem klein man musste in die Dusche steigen, um die Tür zu schließen oder sich auf die Toilette zu setzen. Und als ich nach der Anreise duschen wollte, funktionierte der Duschkopf wieder nicht ein Déjà-vu aus dem Dezember. Der Austausch erfolgte zwar, aber auch der neue Duschkopf war verkalkt und defekt.
Beim Frühstück lief es leider ebenso enttäuschend. Ich hatte das Hotel im Voraus mehrmals über meine Glutenunverträglichkeit informiert, doch am Morgen wusste niemand Bescheid. Der Frühstücksraum war unaufgeräumt, das Personal stand größtenteils tatenlos herum. Nach 15 Minuten brachte man mir eine einzige kleine glutenfreie Semmel, nach kurzer Nachfrage eine zweite beide steinhart und ungenießbar. Erst nach fast einer Stunde erhielt ich zwei weiche, aber offensichtlich aufgeweichte Brötchen. Am zweiten Tag hatte ich mir sicherheitshalber eigenes glutenfreies Brot besorgt – eine Lösung, die eigentlich nicht nötig sein sollte.Insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Wohl des Gastes scheint hier leider keine Priorität zu haben. Sauberkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Servicequalität lassen stark zu wünschen übrig. Für 670 € für zwei Nächte habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Unbefriedigend dass es im Zimmer keinen Stuhl gab!
4 Tage ohne ein Tisch zum Schreiben und Labtoparbeit war eine Herausforderung.
Auf der Homepage haben die Einzelzimmer sowohl Stuhl als Tisch!

Nicht genug Möglichkeiten für Kleidung unterzubringen mit 2 Personen, das Badezimmer hat extrem gestunken , Teppich dreckig / fleckig und veraltet

Die Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten war perfekt.

Cons:

Das Bad war eine Katastrophe.
So klein das wir nicht wussten wo wir unsere Handtücher aufhängen sollten.
Geschweige denn auf die Toilette gehen sollen.
Ein paar Haken wären schon hilfreich gewesen.
Das ist aber auch schon das einzige was wir bemängeln können.
