Location location location
Pros:

Vienna House ticked all the boxes for our one night stay in Hamburg.
Perfect location within a 5 minute walk to Central Station/Hauptbahnhof and all that has to offer. We used S and U Bahn from there to navigate our way to other parts of the city.
We were also a mere five minute walk to Lange Reihe/St Georg with its many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops of all descriptions.
Our room was big enough for us two girlfriends, with one lounge chair and a large sofa(bed). The bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom looked newly renovated, well lit and super-clean.
All staff we came in contact with were super-friendly and very accommodating. Great bunch!!
We'd definitely book again!!

Cons:

We arrived at midday but couldn't check in without paying a €20 surcharge, so we stored our bag and came back at 3pm. Absolutely no problem.

Der Geruch hat alles beeinträchtigt.

Gute Lage, Ausstattung ausreichend, Frühstück gut

Cons:

Geruch im Bad. Dies haben wir auch gemeldet und es hieß, dass man sich drum kümmert. Doch auch danach roch es leider sehr unangenehm, so dass man sich im Bad kaum aufhalten konnten und lieber versucht hat die Luft anzuhalten. Zimmertausch wurde nicht angeboten.

Very nice stay for a short stopover
Pros:

Room was very big and super clean. There was enough amenities for a budget hotel.
Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt, so it's super easy to get around.
Staff was mixed but mostly nice.

Cons:

Although location is super close, the neighborhood is a bit shady. However, hotel situated right next to the start of neighborhood so it is situated in best of worst.
Not many amenities like minibar, slippers etc. but it's expected.

Pros:

Super Lage, sehr angenehm. Fast direkt beim.Bahnhof aber ohne Drogenszene. Direkt neben dem Schauspielhaus. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, mit Baum. Tageslichtbad. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Das Bettgestell war schon ein bisschen abgewetzt, aber ehrlich, das ist eine Kleinigkeit und die Matratze war super und die Bettwäsche angenehm

Buen sitio donde alojarse, cómodo y bien comunicado. Buen trato y limpieza.
Pros:

Ubicación ideal, junto a la estación principal. Buena atención, limpio y más espacioso de lo que esperaba habiendo leído otras reseñas. No tuve problemas con gente en la calle ni de ruidos. Muy cómodo y bien climatizado para finales de diciembre. Decoración agradable y enchufe en la mesita junto a la cama.

Cons:

El precio del desayuno era el esperable en esa zona, pero no me convenció; preferí comprar algo en la estación u otro sitio. El baño era estrecho pero perfectamente utilizable. La caja fuerte tenía las pilas gastadas/sulfatadas, pero no lo pensaba usar. El mobiliario estaba un poco desgastado.
