非常に良かったです！
Pros:

清潔感問題なし！スタッフの対応問題なし！朝食美味しかった。彼女が岩盤浴使ったんだけど凄く良かったと喜んでました。

Cons:

特にはなかったけどオイルマッサージの予約取れなかったのは残念でした。

Mauvaise expérience
Cons:

On n’avait pas imaginé qu’il existait des chambres fumeur au Japon. La notre dégageait une odeur épouvantable de tabac froid. Impossible d’en changer malgré notre insistance. La fenêtre de la chambre n’a jamais voulu s’ouvrir, donc impossible d’aérer. Petit déjeuner quelconque. Personnel à peine aimable, ce qui est rare au Japon.
