朝食バイキングは大満足だった。さつま揚げや鯵の南蛮漬けなどの地元料理を楽しむことができる。
鶏飯、カレー、お茶漬け、たまごかけご飯　と、様々なバリエーションが用意されているのが良かった。パンケーキやパンも用意されており、気分に応じて和洋楽しむことができる。

Cons:

大浴場/岩盤浴がそれぞれ男女固定なのは残念に思った。日替わり/時間替わりでどちらも使えるようにしていただければ更に高評価だった。
また、大浴場にサウナが設置されているが、外気浴エリアがないため、普段サウナで外気浴までセットで考えている人には物足りないと思う。

残念ですが期待外れでした。
Pros:

チェックイン・アウトがスムーズだった点。清潔感も基本的には良く、過ごしやすくはあった。繁華街に近かった点は、便利で良かったと思う。ビジネスホテルとしては、平均点はクリアしていると思う。

Cons:

エアコンの効きが悪く、涼しい夜だったので寝るときに寒く感じた。部屋では温度調整が出来なかったので、どうしようもなくそのまま寝た。トイレの便座の電熱器のスイッチが壊れており、まったく暖かくならず、座る度に冷たい便座で閉口した。朝食のバイキングでわざわざ「希望があればスタッフに注文」と書いてあったので頼んだ刺身がしょぼくてがっかりした。朝食を食べ終わってレストランから出たら、チェックアウト時間間近だったとはいえ、すぐ目の前で清掃スタッフが掃除を始めていて、洗っているモップの柄が目の前に突き出されて驚いた。このホテルに限らないが、スタッフの就業時間優先で仕事の開始時間を決めているようで、滞在客に非日常の時間を味わわせようというマインドを感じない。昔は、どんな店でも閉店時間まではお客優先で、片付けは仕舞ってから、だったが、今は、当たり前のように閉店時間へ向かって片付けを始める。働き方改革などもあって、仕事だから時間通りにやる、ということしか考えていないように感じて、客を大事にしている感じがしない。ホテルも経営上の色々な事情があると思うが、観光客にとっては、旅先の贅沢な非日常を味わうのが大事な要素で、そこが損なわれていては、次に使おうとは思わない。特に観光においては、一期一会が大事。鹿児島のビジネスホテルでは、一番レベルが高いホテルだと聞いていたが、次に鹿児島に行く時に、ここを選ぶ気になるかというと、申し訳ないが正直二の足を踏む。細かいことばかり言って申し訳ないが、金額は、何かとホテル料金が高くなっているこの時節のGWとしてはまあまあ安かったので、あくまでビジネスユースの宿と割り切って使うべきかも。

Zimmer sehr karg und billig ausgestattet
Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht
Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, man konnte die Unterhaltung des Nachbarzimmers bis spät in die Nacht hören
Hatten das Zimmer wo alle zum Onsen vorbeigelaufen sind
Damen können kein Onsen nutzen, die Dame kann das aber leider nicht erklären, daher Ladys geht zur Rezeption, dort kann man eine Sauna buchen

腰痛持ちなので、柔らかいと余計にひどくなる。
